مدیریت بیهوشی در ترمیم فتق دیافراگمی در یک قلاده سگ |

در این گزارش مدیریت بیهوشی و تکنیک تنفس مصنوعی در درمان جراحی فتق دیافراگمی ناشی از ضربه در یک قلاده سگ توصیف شده است. یک قلاده سگ ماده 5 ماهه از نژاد تریر با وزن 8 کیلوگرم با تاریخچه تصادف با اتومبیل جهت درمان شکستگی استخوان ران به درمانگاه ارجاع شده بود. در معاینات فیزیکی قبل از بیهوشی افزایش تعداد تنفس و تنگی نفس مشاهده شد. مشاهدات رادیولوژیک و سونوگرافی حاکی از وجود فتق دیافراگمی بود. در لاپاراتومی اکتشافی پارگی دیافراگم و جابجایی طحال، چادرینه، کبد و معده به داخل قفسه سینه مشاهده شد. در این گزارش اهمیت معاینات دقیق بالینی و ارزیابی بیمار قبل از عمل، مدیریت بیهوشی و مراقبت‌های حین عمل و تدارک تهویه ریوی و اکسیژن‌رسانی کافی در حین جراحی مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. |

Anesthetic management of diaphragmatic hernia repair in a dog: a case report and literature review of anesthetic techniques |

This case report describes the anesthetic management and ventilation technique in the surgical treatmentof traumatic diaphragmatic hernia in a dog. A 5-month-old 8-kg female terrier with a history of car accidentwas presented for femoral fracture repair. Before anesthetic induction, marked tachypnea and dyspnea werenoted. Diaphragmatic hernia was diagnosed based upon radiographic and ultrasonographic findings.Exploratory laparotomy revealed diaphragmatic rupture and herniation of spleen, omentum, parts of liverlobes and stomach into the thoracic cavity. The importance of thorough physical examination and patientassessment, anesthetic management and monitoring, provision of adequate ventilation and oxygenationduring surgery using standard ventilation equipment are discussed. |
