عنوان فارسی تدوین پروتکل مداخلات به هنگام در تأخیر تکامل گفتار و زبان کودکان خردسال: یک تجربه منحصربه فرد در کشور
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه:اختلال گفتار و زبان وقتی در دوران کودکی رخ دهد، پیامد های سنگین آن به زودی در زندگی کودک نمایان خواهد شد به تدریج با عبور از دوره بحرانی رشد زبان، یعنی سه سال اول زندگی، از تاثیر مثبت تحریکات محیطی بر رشد و تکامل گفتار و زبان کاسته می شود.شناسایی زود هنگام کودکان در معرض خطر اختلالات تکاملی گفتار و زبان و یا کودکانی که در مراحل ابتدایی تاخیر تکاملی خود قرار دارند، و فراهم نمودن خدمات مداخله به هنگام و پیشگیری ثانویه از معلولیتهای ناشی از این اختلالات بسیار ضروری است.این مطالعه با هدف تدوین و دستیابی به دستورالعملها (پروتکلها)ی مدون مداخلات زودرس برای اختلالات تکامل گفتار و زبان کودکان ایرانی، طراحی و اجرا شد. مواد و روشها:این مطالعه دو فاز اصلی (مروری و کیفی) داشت.در فاز مروری، ابزار جمع آوری داده ها ، موتورهای جستجو بخصوص آنهایی که محل جمع آوری مطالعات مرور سیستماتیک و یا گایدلاینها می باشند بودند.در فاز کیفی، ابزار و روش جمع آوری داده ها برگزاری بحث های متمرکز گروهی و برگزاری راندهای دلفی مکرر با 20 نفر افراد متخصص و صاحب نظر که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند ، در ساب گروههای 7 گانه بود. یافته ها: نتایج این پروژه تحقیقی به صورت هفت بسته مداخله (پیوست) به تفکیک حوزه هایاختلالات پیش زبانی، رشدی زبان، کم شنوایی، آوایی-واجی، 5 بلع، 6گفتارفلجی و ناروانی ، ارائه شده است. نتیجه گیری:اکثر مطالعات انجام گرفته در خصوص کودکان دچار اختلالات گفتار وزبانی در دنیا مؤید ضرورت وجود برنامه‌های آموزش زبان و تمرینات ادراک شنوایی می‌باشند و بر موثر بودن آنها دلالت دارند ولی غالبا به چگونگی انجام این برنامه‌ها به شکل مبسوط نمی‌پردازند. تا قبل از مطالعه حاضر پروتکل منسجم و نظام مند فارسی، بومی و مبتنی بر شواهد که مورد تایید جمعی از متخصصین ذیربط باشد، جهت مداخلات درمانی و توانبخشی کودکان دچار اختلالات گفتار و زبانی در ایران موجود نبود. به دلیل تفاوتهای زبان شناختی در میان زبانهای مختلف دنیا، و نیز تفاوتهای احتمالی مراحل رشد گفتار و زبان در کودکان مختلف دنیا، امکان استفاده مستقیم از منابع خارجی نیز وجود نداشت و نهایتا نیاز به چنین دستورالعملهای بومی به طور چشمگیری احساس می شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Research Paper: Production of A Protocol on Early Intervention for Speech and Language Delays in Early Childhood: An Novice Experience in Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective Speech and language disorders, when happening during childhood will ultimately lead to important negative outcomes in the life of the child. The farther we move from this critical period, that is, the first 3 years of life, the less will be the positive effects of environmental stimuli on the development of speech and language. Early detection of children at risk for or in the preliminary phases of developmental delays and provision of early intervention services for them is of utmost importance. The objective of this research was to compile and produce protocols for early intervention in childhood speech and language developmental disorders in Iranian children. Materials & Methods This study was conducted in two main phases: review phase and qualitative phase. In the review phase, all accessible search engines and databases, especially those for systematic reviews and guidelines were searched. In the qualitative study phase, several focus group discussions and rounds of Delphi were carried out with 20 experts in 7 subgroups, who were selected purposively. Results The result of this study is presented as 7 intervention packages, including the following domains of disorders: prelingual lingual speech and language hearing impairment, speech sound, dysphagia, stuttering, and dysarthria Conclusion Most studies have confirmed the effectiveness and need for early interventions for children with speech and language impairment. However, most do not explain the details of these interventions. Before the present study, no systematic and evidence-based protocol existed for early intervention in childhood speech and language impairments, in Iran; and due to language differences, as well as possible differences in the speech and language developmental process of children of different communities, making direct use of non-Persian references was not possible and effective. Thus, there was a clear demand for the production of such a protocol.
