عنوان فارسی تأثیر مصرف کلم‌بروکلی (سولفورافان) بر شدت درد زانوی سالمندان مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو، مقیم خانۀ سالمندان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: استئوآرتریت از مهم‌ترین علل ناتوانی در میان سالمندان است که باعث درد، کاهش کیفیت زندگی و افزایش وابستگی آنان می‌شود. طبّ گیاهی سبب رفع علائم درد و درنتیجه ارتقای سلامتی سالمندان می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر مصرف کلم‌بروکلی بر کاهش درد مفاصل سالمندان مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی در سال 1396 روی 40 سالمند مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو، مقیم در سرای سالمندان شهرستان زابل انجام شد. آزمودنی‌ها به دو گروه 20 نفری «کنترل و کلم‌بروکلی» تقسیم شدند. مدت‌زمان مطالعه 4 هفته بود. قیم آزمودنی‌ها رضایت‌نامۀ کتبی را تکمیل کرد. نمونه‌گیری با پرسش‌نامۀ دموگرافیک koos انجام شد. کلم‌بروکلی به‌صورت پودر 10 گرمی تهیه شد و سالمندان آن را در کنار یک وعدۀ غذایی روزانه (ترجبحاً همراه نهار) مصرف کردند. جهت مقایسۀ بین دو گروه، داده‌ها با آزمون آنالیز واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر در نرم‌افزار spss نسخۀ 18 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نمرات گروه کنترل و کلم قبل از مداخله به‌ترتیب 8/73 و 14/18 و بعد از مداخله به‌ترتیب 7/29 و 13/06 بود که بیانگر عدم تفاوت شدت درد قبل از مداخله است (گروه کنترل 0/263=p و گروه کلم 0/001p=). مقایسۀ نمرات بعد از مصرف کلم‌بروکلی در گروه شاهد، حاکی از وجود اختلاف معنی‌دار در میانگین عملکرد بود (0/033p=). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به مؤثر بودن کلم‌بروکلی بر شدت درد زانو، استفاده از آن در سالمندان مبتلا به استئو آرتریت پیشنهاد می‌شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of broccoli (sulfurafan) on knee pain pain in elderly patients with Zanotor gonadal osteoarthritis in Zabol elderly homes
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله     Introduction: Osteoarthritis is one of the most important causes of disability among the elderly, causing pain, knee stiffness, decreasing the quality of life of the elderly, and increasing their dependence. One of the non-causative nursing interventions eliminates the symptoms of pain and thus promotes comfort and health. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of broccoli on the reduction of joints pain in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis in Zabol elderly homes in 1396. Methods: This randomized clinical trial was conducted on 40 elderly people with knee osteoarthritis (two groups of 20 controls and broccoli controls for 4 weeks) at the age of 96 years old in Zabol city. A standardized questionnaire was used to assess the data and then the data were analyzed using paired t-test and Chi-squash test in 18spss software. The sampling method was simple random sampling, so elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were placed in one of the control and control groups by referring to the elderly home in Zabol. The data collection tools were: 1-Demographic questionnaire 2-questionnaire. Broccoli was packed in 10gr packs as a powder and placed in the elderly with a daily meal (preferably lunch) for 4 weeks. Result: The two groups did not differ significantly in pain intensity before intervention. Comparison after intervention showed a significant difference in mean of performance (p< 0.005), mean score of control group before intervention (367.1) and control group before intervention (269.7) and control group after intervention (405.3) and control group after intervention (681.1). Comparison of pre and post intervention in broiler chickens group showed a significant difference in knee pain severity. Conclusion: Considering the effectiveness of the intervention, the use of broccoli on the severity of knee pain in elderly patients with osteoarthritis based on the results of this study, is suggested as a low cost, safe and easy intervention in the elderly with knee osteoarthritis.
