عنوان فارسی تاثیر مداخله آموزشی بر اساس الگوی پرسید بر ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابتی نوع ۲ در روستاهای اندیمشک
چکیده فارسی مقاله افزایش رو به رشد دیابت، این بیماری را به یک اپیدمی جهانی تبدیل کرده است. با توجه به عوارض فراوان این بیماری و متاثر شدن کیفیت زندگی بیماران پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مداخله آموزشی بر اساس الگوی پرسید بر ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 در روستاهای اندیمشک انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از نوع مداخله ای و تجربی بود که بر روی 120 نفر بیمار دیابتی در روستاهای شهرستان اندیمشک انجام شد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته در چارچوب مدل پرسید، ابزار استاندارد کیفیت زندگی SF36 و اندازه گیری هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله بیماران قبل و 3 ماه بعد از مداخله آموزشی جمع آوری گردید. برنامه آموزشی طراحی شده بر اساس مدل پرسید برای گروه آزمون در طی 6 جلسه 90-60 دقیقه ای اجرا شد. بیماران به مدت 3 ماه پی گیری شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها توسط نرم افزار Spss و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و شاخص های مرکزی، آزمون تی مستقل، تی زوجی و کای اسکوئر انجام شد. پس از مداخله آموزشی در گروه آزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل میانگین همه حیطه های کیفیت زندگی افزایش معنی داری یافتند(05/0p<). میانگین نمره کلیه سازه های مدل پرسید در بیماران گروه آزمون نسبت به قبل از مداخله افزایش معنی داری یافت(001/0p<). به علاوه میزان HbA1c در گروه آزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش داشت که از نظر آماری معنی دار بوده است. نتیجه اینکه، پژوهش حاضر نشان دهنده اثر مثبت مداخله آموزشی بر اساس الگوی پرسید در ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 می باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of precede model-based education on quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The increasing prevalence rate has made diabetes a world epidemic. Considering diabetes complications and associated effects on patients' quality of life, this interventional study was performed to promote the life quality using education based on the Precede model in the rural areas of Andimeshk. This experimental study was conducted on 120 patients with type II diabetes who were randomly allocated to the experimental and control groups. The data were collected using two questionnaires including the Precede model framework and Short Form health survey (SF-36). The precede model-based intervention composed of six educational sessions (60 to 90 minutes a session). The patients were followed up for three months post-intervention and examined for glycated hemoglobin (Hemoglobin A1c or HbAlc). After educational intervention, the mean score of quality of life had a significant increase in the experimental group compared with the control group.The mean scores of Precede model constructs inpatients of the experimental group increased significantly after the intervention compared with the before intervention. Moreover, the mean score of HbA1c improved significantly in the experimental group compared to the control group. The present study indicated that the educational intervention program based on the Precede model has a positive effect on quality of life among diabetic patients.
