تاثیرآموزش پرستاران براثربخشی ارتباطات حرفه ای مرتبط با سلامت مددجویان |

توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر، یکی از مهمترین مهارت های ضروری برای کارکنان سیستم بهداشتی؛بالاخص پرستاران می باشد پرستاران تماس شبانه روزی با مددجو و خانواده داشته در سلامت جامعه نقشی اساسی دارند. هدف این پژوهش تعیین تاثیرآموزش پرستاران براثربخشی ارتباطات حرفه ای مرتبط با سلامت مددجویان می باشد. این پژوهش، یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی است. نمونه های پژوهش شامل 50 نفر از پرسنل پرستاری که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای ارزیابی اطلاعات از پرسشنامه شناسایی ارتباطات سوسمان و کریونوس استفاده شد. مداخله شامل کارگاه آموزشی ارتباط موثر به مدت 6 ساعت بود سپس داده ها با استفاده ازنرم افزار spss نسخه 20 و آزمون های تی زوج و کای دو، مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرارگرفت. 70% نمونه های مورد پژوهش، زن بودند. میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن و سابقه کار شرکت کنندگان به ترتیب 30.58 (5.68) سال ، 10.42(6.42) سال بود. یافته ها نشان داد که میانگین نمره ارتباطات آزمودنی ها بعد از مداخله آموزشی به طور معنی داری در 3زیرگروه زیردستان، مافوق و همکاران به ترتیب 11.62، 8.78، 6.04 نمره افزایش یافت که این تغییرات در 3زیرگروه معنی دار بود. نتایج به دست آمده در این پژوهش نشان دهنده تاثیر آموزش پرستاران بر اثربخشی ارتباطات حرفه ای مرتبط با سلامت مددجویان می باشد. کلید واژگان: آموزش، پرستار، اثربخشی، ارتباطات حرفه ای، سلامت، مددجویان |

The effect of workshop education on nurses’ professional communication effectiveness related to clients’ health |

Ability to communicate effectively , one of the most essential skills for health workers , especially nurses, nurses are on call around the clock with the patient and family are essential to public health . The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of training nurses to promote of effective communication Professional Related To Client's Health. . This research is a quasi experimental study . The study sample consisted of 50 nurses who were selected by convenience sampling method .the data collation tool was a two- part questionnaire consisting of demographic questionnaire and Sussman & Krivonos's Identify communication questionnaires. The intervention consisted of a 6- hours workshop on Effective Communication. Data using Spss version 20 and descriptive statistics, paired t- tests and chi-square were analyzed . 70 % participants were female . The mean (SD ) age of the participants worked 30.58 ( 5.68 ) years , 10.42 ( 6.42 ) years. Results showed that the mean score of the subjects of communication significantly after intervention in three subgroups subordinates, superiors and colleagues , respectively, 11.62 , 8.78 , 6.04 3- subgroup scores increased that these changes were significant .
