نقدی بر سرفصل دکترای کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی: مطالعه تطبیقی سه سرفصل |

چکیده هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه و تطبیق برنامه درسی مقطع دکتری رشته کتابداری و اطلاعرسانی پزشکی با برنامه‌های درسی رشته‌های مشابه آن در ایران، یعنی دکترای علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی و دکترای علوم کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی است. روش‌ها: روش پژوهش تطبیقی بود. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، سیاهه وارسی محقق ساخته تهیه‌شده از سرفصلهای مصوب کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی، علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی و کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی بود. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و نرم‌افزار Excel انجام شد. نتایج: میزان همپوشانی برنامه درسی مقطع دکتری رشته کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی با سرفصلهای دروس علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی در گرایش بازیابی اطلاعات 4/94 و در گرایش مدیریت اطلاعات 8/88 درصد و با سرفصل دروس کتابداری و اطلاعرسانی 3/93 درصد بود. تفاوت عمده سرفصل مذکور با دو گرایش وزارت علوم در تعداد واحدهای آموزشی آن است. ضعف عمده سرفصل مذکور، عدم توجه کافی به مباحث بنیادی رشته، همپوشانی زیاد سرفصل با رشته های مشابه، وجود دروس کم ارتباط و بی‌ارتباط است. از نقاط قوت سرفصل میتوان به وجود برخی دروس مرتبط با نظام سلامت و درس مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آموزشی اشاره کرد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهداف دوره دکتری، کارکردهای رشته کتابداری و اطلاعرسانی پزشکی و همچنین عدم توجه به مبانی نظری رشته به نظر می‌رسد که تغییر در برنامه درسی این رشته ضروری است. پیشنهاد میشود دروسی مانند آینده‌پژوهی و آیندهنگری، نظریه های اطلاعات، دستیاری اطلاعات بالینی، آشنایی با انفورماتیک پزشکی، آشنایی با نظام ثبت بیماریها؛ خلاصه سازی و فشرده سازی اطلاعات بالینی به برنامه درسی رشته اضافه گردد. |

A Commentary on PhD Curriculum of Medical Library and Information Science: Comparative Study of Three Curriculums |

Aim: This study aimed to compare and implement the curriculum of the PhD in the medical library and information science, with similar fields in Iran. Methods: This research used a comparative method. For collecting data, a checklist consisting of medical library and information sciences, knowledge and information sciences and library and information sciences was designed and analyzed using descriptive statistics, tables by excel software. Results: Overlap rate of the Ph.D. curriculum in Medical Librarianship and Information science was 94.4% (for information retrieval) and 88.8% (for information management) with the courses of 2 areas of study of knowledge and information sciences, and 93.3% with the courses of library and information science. The main difference between 3 curriculums was in the number of educational units. The main weakness of the curriculum was the lack of attention to the basic topics of the discipline, the overlapping with similar curriculums and low-relevance as well as unrelated lessons. The strong points were some related lessons about the health system and educational planning unit. Conclusion: Regarding the objectives of the Ph.D. program, the functions of the medical library and information science, as well as the lack of attention to the theoretical basis of the field, it seems that a change in the curriculum of this field is necessary. It is suggested that courses such as future studies, information theories, clinical information residency, medical informatics, disease registration system, summarizing and compressing clinical information are included in the curriculum |
