بررسی همبستگی بین فعالیت فیزیکی و خستگی در بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلب مراجعه کننده به مراکز توانبخشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم در سال ۱۴۰۰: یک مطالعه مقطعی |

زمینه و هدف: ناتوانی و عدم تحمل فعالیت در نارسایی قلب، شایع بوده و میتواند منجر به احساس خستگی در بیماران شده و میتواند سبک زندگی بیماران را دچار تغییر نماید؛ بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بررسی همبستگی بین فعالیت فیزیکی و خستگی در بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلب انجام شد. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش توصیفی-مقطعی، 100 نفر از بیماران نارسایی قلب مراجعهکننده به مراکز توانبخشی جنوب شرق ایران به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرداوری دادهها، پرسشنامههای فعالیت فیزیکی RAPA و پرسشنامه خستگی FACIT بود. دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و رگرسیون آنالیز شدند. میزان معنیداری 0.05 در نظر گرفته شد یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین فعالیت فیزیکی 3/1 ± 6/2 و میانگین خستگی در نمونهها 1/6 ± 3/20 بود و اکثریت بیماران فعالیت فیزیکی زیر حد مطلوب داشتهاند و خستگی در اکثریت آنها نامطلوب بوده است. نمره کل فعالیت فیزیکی با نمره کل خستگی همبستگی معکوس و معنیداری داشت. نتایج نشان داد که 6/30 درصد از تغییرات خستگی بیماران، تحت تأثیر متغیرهای مصرف مواد مخدر، سابقه جراحی قلب و درجه بیماری میباشد و آنها پیشبینی کننده خستگی بیماران بودند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد بیمارانی که فعالیت فیزیکی بیشتری داشتند از خستگی کمتری برخوردار بودند. با توجه به اینکه خستگی در بیماران نارسایی قلب بسیار شایع است، توصیه میشود با بکارگیری اقدامات مداخلهای لازم در جهت افزایش دانش و مهارت بیماران در خصوص فعالیت فیزیکی، در جهت کاهش خستگی بیماران اقدامات لازم صورت پذیرد. |

Background and Objectives: Disability and intolerance to exercise are common in heart failure and can lead to feelings of fatigue in patients and can change patientschr('39') lifestyles; Therefore, this study was performed to Evaluation of physical activity in patients with heart failure and its relationship with fatigue. Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 100 patients with heart failure referred to rehabilitation centers in southeastern Iran were selected by convenience sampling. Data collection tools were RAPA physical activity questionnaire and FACIT fatigue questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Spearman correlation coefficient and regression. Significance was considered 0.05 Results: The results showed that the mean of physical activity was 2.59 ±1.33 and the mean of fatigue in the samples was 20.27±6.11 and the majority of patients had below normal physical activity and fatigue was unfavorable in the majority of them. The total score of physical activity was inversely and significantly correlated with the total score of fatigue. The results showed that 30.6% of the changes in patients chr('39')fatigue were influenced by variables of drug use, history of heart surgery and the degree of disease and they were predictors of patientschr('39') fatigue. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that patients who were more physically active had less fatigue. Due to the fact that fatigue is very common in patients with heart failure, it is recommended to take the necessary interventions to increase patientschr('39') knowledge and skills about physical activity, to reduce the fatigue of patients. |
