شایستگی پرستاران اورژانس در زمینه ایمنی بیمار در مراکز آموزشی _درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران، ۱۳۹۸ |

مقدمه و هدف: ایمنی بیمار یکی از مولفه های اصلی کیفیت خدمات در نظام سلامت است. ارزیابی شایستگی پرستاران نه تنها در جهت کسب اطمینان از ایمنی مراقبت ها مهم است بلکه در شناسایی حیطه های نیازمند ارتقاء و تعیین نیازهای آموزشی پرستاران نیز از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. بر این اساس هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین شایستگی پرستاران اورژانس در زمینه ایمنی بیمار در مراکز آموزشی _درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 1398 بود. مواد و روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 183 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش اورژانس مراکز آموزشی-درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران درسال 1398 بود. تعداد 199 پرستار در بخش های اورژانس این بیمارستان ها مشغول به فعالیت بودند که تمام آن ها به روش سر شماری وارد مطالعه شدند. در نهایت تعداد 183 پرستار برای شرکت در مطالعه رضایت کتبی خود را اعلام کردند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه ترجمه شده خود ارزشیابی شایستگی در ایمنی بیمار (PSCSE) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، ضریب همبستگی پیرسن و نیز آنالیز رگرسیون خطی چندگانه توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره شایستگی ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران 17/83±139/35 بود. میانگین نمرات دانش 3/35±18/04، نگرش 6/20±51/33 و مهارت 11/08±69/96 بود. دانش پرستاران اورژانس در سطح نسبتا بالا و مهارت، نگرش و به طور کلی شایستگی ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در اورژانس درسطح نسبتا مطلوب بود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های مطالعه حاضر شایستگی ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در اورژانس نسبتا بالا و مطلوب بود. با توجه به اهمیت ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان و نیز نقش پرستاران در مراقبت ایمن و با کیفیت از بیماران بخصوص در اورژانس، پیشنهاد می شود که به صورت دوره ای شایستگی پرستاران در زمینه ایمنی بیمار سنجیده شده و متناسب با نتایج ارزیابی و تعیین نیازهای آموزشی، اقداماتی مقتضی توسط مسئولین و مدیران پرستاری بیمارستان در جهت توسعه حرفه ای پرستاران، صورت گیرد. |

Background and Aim: Patient safety is one of the main components of service quality in the health system. Assessing the competence of nurses is not only important in order to ensure the safety of care, but also in identifying areas in need of promotion and determining the educational needs of nurses. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to determine the competence of emergency nurses in the field of patient safety in educational-medical centers of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 1398. Methods: This study was a descriptive cross-sectional study. The statistical population included 183 nurses working in the emergency department of educational and medical centers of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 1398. There were 199 nurses working in the emergency departments of these hospitals, all of whom were enrolled in the study by census method. Finally, 183 nurses expressed their written consent to participate in the study. Demographic questionnaire and translated patient self-assessment competency questionnaire (PSCSE) were used to collect data. Independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS software version 16 were used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that the mean and standard deviation of the patient's safety competency score in nurses was 139.35 17 17.83. Mean knowledge scores were 18.04 35 3.35, attitude was 51.33 6 6.20 and skill was 69.96 11 11.08. The knowledge of emergency nurses was relatively high and the skills, attitude and general safety competence of patients in emergency nurses were relatively good. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present study, patient safety competence in emergency nurses was relatively high and desirable. Considering the importance of patient safety in the hospital and the role of nurses in safe and quality care of patients, especially in the emergency room, it is recommended that nurses' competence in patient safety be assessed periodically and in accordance with the results of evaluation and training needs. , Appropriate measures should be taken by the hospital nursing officials and managers to develop the nurses' profession. |
