نقشه علمی حقوق مالکیت فکری در پایگاه اطلاعرسانی Web of Science از سال آغاز تا سال ۲۰۲۰ |

هدف: حقوق مالکیت فکری امتیازی معنوی و مادی است که در مجامع بینالمللی سازمانها، قوانین و استانداردهای زیادی به وجود آمده است. این پژوهش با هدف علمسنجی و ترسیم نقشه علمی حقوق مالکیت فکری در پایگاه اطلاعرسانی Web of Science از سال 1899 تا 2020 انجام شد. روشها: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدی حاضر از نوع کمی است که ﺑﺎ روش ﻋﻠﻢﺳﻨﺠﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پایگاه اطلاعرسانی Web of Science و جامعه آماری آن کلیه مدارک موجود در زمینه حقوق مالکیت فکری از 2019-1899 است. با استفاده از کلیدواژههای مرتبط، 425876 مدرک تا پایان سال 2019 میلادی، استخراج و تحلیلهای علمسنجی و مصورسازی با استفاده از نرمافزارهای Excel و VOS Viewer انجام شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که انتشار مقالات و مدارک مرتبط با حقوق مالکیت فکری دارای روندی صعودی است. بطوری که از 4 مدرک در سال 1899 به 425876 مدرک در سال 2019 رسیده است. مقالات در صدر بیشترین نوع مدارک هستند، بیشترین تعداد مدارک به زبان انگلیسی و کشور آمریکا بزرگترین تولیدکننده مدارک است. پرکارترین نویسنده در این زمینه، Anonymous با دارا بودن 4370 تالیف میباشد، مجله BMJ Open با چاپ 4478 عنوان مدرک، مجله هسته و اصلی در مالکیت فکری میباشد. نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه یک چشمانداز کلی از حقوق مالکیت فکری در پایگاه Web of Science ارائه نموده است که میتواند برای مخاطبان و پژوهشگران راهنما و یک نقشه راه باشد. |

Aim: Intellectual property rights refer to the material and intellectual privileges that create many laws and standards in the international assemblies of many organizations. The present study aims to scientifically evaluate intellectual property rights in the Web of Science information database from its beginning until now. Methods: This study was conducted by the scientometric method and analysis of documents published in the field of intellectual property in 2019. For this purpose, using related keywords, through advanced search in the Web of Science information database, 425,876 documents were extracted. Scientometric analysis and illustration were performed using Excel and VOS viewer software. Results: The results showed that the publication of articles and documents related to intellectual property rights has an upward trend. This publication has increased from 4 documents in 1899 to 425876 documents in 2019. The largest number of documents were published in English and the United States was the largest producer of these documents. The most prolific author named ANONYMOUS with 4370 writings in this field, BMJ OPEN magazine with 4478 titles, is the core and prominent journal in intellectual property. Conclusion: This study provides an overview of intellectual property rights in the Web of Science, which can be a guidanc and a roadmap for the audiences. |
