مروری بر نقش سیستم هموستاز و اهمیت جنبه های بالینی انعقاد خون در بیماری کووید-۱۹ |

زمینه و هدف: بیماری COVID-19 یک اختلال تنفسی محسوب شده که می تواند بسیاری از سیستم های بدن از جمله سیستم هموستاز را تحت تاثیر خود قرار دهد لذا در این مقاله ی مروری، طبق جدیدترین یافته ها به بررسی نقش سیستم انعقاد خون در عفونت COVID-19 می پردازیم. مواد و روش ها: جستجوی مقالات در مدلاین با استفاده از کلید واژه های COVID-19، ،Respiratory infection و Coagulopathy در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی Google Scholar، PubMed، Google Springer و Science Direct صورت گرفته است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: اصول اخلاقی در نگارش مقاله، طبق دستورالعمل کمیته اخلاق کشوری و آیین نامه COPE رعایت شده است. یافته ها: در دسامبر سال 2019 در شهر ووهان استان هوبئی چین، شیوع ناگهانی سندرم تنفسی حاد ناشی از گونه ی جدید کرونا ویروس برای اولین بار گزارش شد. سازمان بهداشت جهانی (WHO) این ویروس را COVID-19 و کمیته ی بین المللی طبقه بندی ویروس ها (ICTV) آن را SARS-CoV-2 نامید. تغییرات بسیاری در پروفایل انعقادی بیماران COVID-19 گزارش شده است که این موارد شامل تغییرات در تعداد پلاکت و همچنین تغییر شاخص های انعقادی از قبیل FDP، D-Dimer، فیبرینوژن، PT و PTT می باشد. با افزایش شمار بیماران مبتلا به عفونت COVID-19، محققان با بررسی های متعدد به بروز ترومبوز و کوآگولوپاتی در بیماران مبتلا به COVID-19 پی بردند. نتیجه گیری: به علت افزایش بروز اختلالات انعقادی در بیماران COVID-19، لذا تجویز دارو های ضد انعقادی به عنوان یکی از بازو های مهم درمان بیماران مبتلا به COVID-19 لازم می باشد و می تواند در بهبود پیش آگهی بیماران نقش موثری را ایفا نماید. |

An Overview on the Role of Hemostatic System and the Importance of Clinical Aspects of Blood Coagulation in COVID-19 Disease |

Background and Aim: COVID-19 disease is considered a respiratory disorder that can affect many body systems, including the hemostasis system, so in this review article, according to the latest findings, we investigate the role of the blood coagulation system in COVID-19 infection. Materials and Methods: In this review study, the articles were searched in Medline database using keywords such as "Respiratory infection", "COVID-19", "Coagulopathy" . Ethical Considerations: Ethical principles in writing this article have been observed in accordance with the guidelines of the National Ethics Committee and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Results: In December 2019, a sudden outbreak of acute respiratory syndrome caused by a new type of coronavirus was reported for the first time in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. The World Health Organization (WHO) named this virus COVID-19 and the International Committee on Classification of Viruses (ICTV) named it SARS-CoV-2. Many changes in the coagulation profile of COVID-19 patients have been reported, which include changes in the number of platelets as well as changes in coagulation indices such as FDP, D-Dimer, fibrinogen, PT and PTT. With the increase in the number of patients with COVID-19 infection, researchers found out the occurrence of thrombosis and coagulopathy in patients with COVID-19 through numerous investigations. Conclusion: Due to the increase in the occurrence of coagulation disorders in COVID-19 patients, the administration of anticoagulants is necessary as one of the important arms of the treatment of patients with COVID-19 and can play an effective role in improving the prognosis of patients. |
