عنوان فارسی اثر افسردگی بر عملکرد حافظه ی گذشته نگر، روزمره و آیندهنگر بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: پژوهش های متعدد، آسیب دیدگی در عملکرد حافظه ی بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس. را تایید کرده اند. اما علت شناسی چند عاملی و پیچیده ی این آسیب ها سبب شده که نوع و وسعت آن ها از فردی به فرد دیگر متفاوت باشد. در این میان، علاوه بر عوامل نورولوژیک، عوامل روان شناختی همچون افسردگی نیز می تواند در این علت شناسی دخیل باشد. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر افسردگی بر عملکرد حافظه ی گذشته نگر، روزمره و آینده نگر بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس. است. روش: در پژوهش علی-مقایسه ای حاضر، 52 بیمار مبتلا به ام.اس. (26 بیمار افسرده و 26 بیمار غیرافسرده) مراجعه کننده ( 1391 و 1392) به کلینیک ام.اس. بیمارستان آیت الله کاشانی اصفهان و 26 فرد سالم به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به پرسش نامه ی افسردگی بک (BDI-II)، حافظه ی روزمره (EMQ) و حافظه ی آینده نگر و گذشته نگر (PRMQ) پاسخ دادند. اطلاعات به دست آمده با روش کوواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد.  یافته ها: نتایج بیانگر وجود تفاوت معنادار (0/008) بین عملکرد حافظه ی گذشته نگر ، روزمره و آینده نگر بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس. افسرده با دو گروه بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس.غیر افسرده و سالم بود، در حالی که بین عملکرد دو گروه بیماران غیرافسرده و افراد سالم تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: عوامل روان شناختی همچون افسردگی می تواند بر عملکرد ابعاد مختلف حافظه ی بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس.، از جمله حافظه ی گذشته نگر، روزمره و آینده نگر تاثیر بگذارد و سبب ایجاد یا تشدید آسیب های حافظه ی این بیماران شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Effects of Depression on Retrospective, Everyday and Prospective Memory in Patients with Multiple Sclerosis
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: Several research has approved deficits in memory performance of patients with Multiple Sclerosis. Since the cause of the injury is multifaceted and complex, the type and extent varies from person to person. In addition to neurological factors, psychological factors, such as depression, may also be involved in the etiology. Therefore the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of depression on retrospective, everyday and prospective memory performance of patients with MS. Method: In this Causal-Comparative research 52 patients with MS (26 depressed and 26 non-depressed patients) from Kashani hospital in Isfahan in 1391 &1392 and 26 healthy controls were selected and were assessed through the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II), Everyday Memory Questionnaire (EMQ) and Prospective and Retrospective Memory Questionnaire (PRMQ). The data were analyzed through using covariance. Results: The results indicated significant (p< 0/008) differences in retrospective, everyday and prospective memory performance between depressed patients with MS and two other groups. But there was no significant difference between non-depressed patients with MS and healthy group. Conclusion: Psychological factors such as depression can influence on retrospective, everyday and prospective memory performance of MS patients. Depression can intensify memory deficits of patients with MS.
