شناسایی اولویت‌های پژوهشی رشته کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌علمی و دانشجویان دکتری تخصصی |

هدف: رشته کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی به دلیل میان‌رشته‌ای بودن بستر مطالعاتی گسترده‌ای دارد. لیکن کمبود منابع، توجه به اولویت‌ها را در این رشته ضرورت می‌بخشد. از همین روی هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی اولویت‌های پژوهشی این رشته از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌علمی و دانشجویان دکتری تخصصی است. روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و توصیفی است که به روش پیمایشی در سال 1399 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش، شامل کلیه دانشجویان دکتری رشته کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی (45 نفر) و اعضای هیئت‌علمی این رشته (36 نفر) بود. گردآوری داده به شیوه سرشماری با استفاده از ابزار پرسش‌نامه انجام شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه توسط متخصصین رشته مذکور تأیید و پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرونباخ 98/0 محاسبه شد. در‌مجموع 64 پرسش‌نامه گردآوری شد که برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌های گردآوری‌شده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS و آمار توصیفی نظیر میانگین و انحراف‌معیار و آمار استنباطی همچون آزمون تی‌تست و فریدمن استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد اولویت‌های پژوهشی از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌علمی به ترتیب آموزش (با میانگین 4/01)، کارآفرینی (با میانگین 3/96) و پژوهش (با میانگین 3/80) و از دیدگاه دانشجویان به ترتیب عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد (با میانگین 4/15)، سواد اطلاعاتی (با میانگین 3/87) و آموزش (با میانگین 3/76) است. نتیجه گیری: جایگزین کردن موضوعات کاربردی و مبتنی بر آینده به‌جای موضوعات سنتی و نظری در پژوهش‌های آینده می‌تواند در جلوگیری از اتلاف وقت و منابع مؤثر باشد. |

Research Priorities of Iranian Faculty Members and PhD Students in Medical Library and Information Science |

Objective: The field of "medical library and information science" has a broad research platform due to its interdisciplinary nature. However, the lack of resources necessitates the attention to research priorities in this field. This study aims to identify the research priorities of Iranian faculty members and PhD students in medical library and information science. Methods: This is a descriptive survey study that was conducted in 2020. The study population included all PhD students (n=45) and faculty members (n=36) in medical library and information sciences from different medical universities of Iran. Sampling was done by a census method. The data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha (α= 0.98). The data analysis was performed in SPSS statistical software on the data from 64 questionnaires using descriptive statistics (Mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (T-test and Friedman's test). Results: Friedman's test results showed that research priorities of faculty members were education (Mean=4.01), entrepreneurship (Mean=3.96) and research (Mean=3.80); For the students, the research priorities were evidence-based practice (Mean=4.15), information literacy (Mean=3.87) and education (Mean= 3.76). Conclusion: Replacing traditional and theoretical topics with practical and future-based topics can be effective in preventing waste of time and resources in future studies. |
