بررسی رابطه بین ویژگی های شخصیتی زوجین و خشونت خانگی در زنان سنین باروری شهر ساری |

مقدمه: خشونت خانگی به عنوان یک مشکل عمده سلامت زنان است. ویژگیهای شخصیتی زوجین به عنوان یکی از عوامل مرتبط با خشونت خانگی ذکر شده است،گرچه مطالعات موجود با تناقض اطلاعاتی همراه می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین ویژگی های شخصیتی زوجین و خشونت خانگی در زنان سنین باروری طراحی گردید.
مواد و روش ها: مطالعه به صورت مقطعی با حجم نمونه 312 نمونه (156 زوج) تحت پوشش مراکز بهداشتی شهر ساری در سال 1401 با روش نمونه گیری سیستماتیک انجام گرفت. گردآوری داده ها با فرم اطلاعات مشخصات جمعیتی- اجتماعی، پرسشنامه خشونت خانگی قهاری و پرسشنامه 5 عامل بزرگ شخصیت گلدبرگ بود. آنالیز آماری با نرم افزار 25 SPSSو براساس گزارش میانگین و انحراف معیار و توزیع فراوانی و اجرای آزمون رگرسیون لجستیک با سطح معنی داری 0/05 انجام شد.
یافته ها: بین انواع خشونت، خشونت روانی خفیف بالاترین فراوانی(76/3 درصد) را داشت. در این مطالعه، وظیفه شناسی همسران خشونت روانی، توافق پذیری همسران و روان رنجوری زنان خشونت جسمی و روان رنجوری زوجین خشونت جنسی را پیش بینی کردند. هم چنین، سیگار کشیدن همسران در تبیین خشونت جسمی نقش داشت .
استنتاج:: با توجه به این که در مطالعه کنونی ، انواع ویژگیهای شخصیتی زوجین در تبیین هر سه نوع خشونت سهم قابل توجه داشتند، آشنایی با ویژگی های شخصیتی زوجین در کنار عوامل فردی و اجتماعی، می تواند به طور قابل توجهی در پیشگیری، غربالگری و انجام درمان های مناسب توسط کارشناسان موثر واقع شود.

Investigating the Relationship Between Couples' Personality Traits and Domestic Violence in Reproductive Aged-Women Covered By Health Centers in Sari City-1401 |

Background and purpose: Domestic violence is a major problem of women's health. The personality characteristics of couples have been mentioned as one of the factors related to domestic violence, although the available studies are associated with contradictory information. The present study was designed with the aim of determining the relationship between the personality types of couples and domestic violence in women of reproductive age.
Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with a sample size of 312 samples (156 couples) under the coverage of health centers in Sari city in 1401 with a systematic sampling method. The data was collected with the demographic-social information form, the domestic violence questionnaire, and the Goldberg Big 5 Personality Factors questionnaire. Statistical analysis was done with SPSS 25 software and based on the report of mean and standard deviation and frequency distribution and logistic regression test with a significance level of 0.05.
Results: Among the types of violence, mild psychological violence had the highest frequency (76.3 percent). In this study, spouses' conscientiousness predicted psychological violence, spouses' agreeableness, and women's neuroticism predicted physical violence and spouses' neuroticism predicted sexual violence. Also, spouses' smoking played a role in explaining physical violence.
Conclusion: Considering that in the current study, the types of personality characteristics of couples had a significant contribution in explaining all three types of violence, familiarity with the personality characteristics of couples, along with individual and social factors, can be significantly used in prevention and screening. And the appropriate treatments by experts will be effective.
