عدم تعادل سلول های T تنظیمی در اختلالات طیف اوتیسم |

فرآیندهای التهاب عصبی در اختلالات طیف اوتیسم (autism spectrum disorders) با سیستم ایمنی مرتبط است. سلول های تنظیمی T (Treg) عناصر ضروری این ارتباط هستند. کاهش تعداد این سلول ها ممکن است در شدت این بیماری نقش داشته باشد. بنابراین، استفاده از رویکردهایی که عملکرد سیستم ایمنی بدن را متعادل می کنند، به ویژه از طریق فعال سازی سلول های تنظیمی T، ممکن است به بهبود سلامت بیمار کمک کند. این گزارش مروری بر فیزیولوژی سلول های تنظیمی T و مکانیسم مولکولی آن در تنظیم سیستم ایمنی ارائه می دهد. در مرحله بعد نقش این زیرگروه از سلول های ایمنی در اختلالات عصبی مورد بحث قرار گرفت. در نهایت، اختلال در فراوانی و عملکرد سلول‌های تنظیمی T در ASD، ارتباط فرآیندهای التهاب عصبی با آنها و شواهد بالینی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. |

Neuroinflammatory processes in autism spectrum disorders (ASD) is related to the immune system. Regulatory T (Treg) cells are essential elements of this connection. Decreasing in the frequency of these cells may have a role in the severity of this disease. Therefore, the use of approaches that balance the function of the immune system, especially through the activation of Tregs, may help to improve the health of the patient. This report provides an overview of the physiology of Treg and its molecular mechanism in regulating the immune system. In the next step, the role of this subtype of immune cells in neurological disorders was discussed. Finally, abnormality in the frequency and function of Treg cells in ASD, the association of neuroinflammatory processes with them, and clinical evidences were investigated.
