ویژگی های روانسنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس خود غفلتی در سالمندان ایرانی |

هدف: شناسایی پدیده پنهان و فراگیر خود غفلتی با پیامدهای گسترده منفی در سالمندان ، مستلزم استفاده از ابزاری استاندارد و پویا با دیدگاه کل نگر است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگی های روان سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس خود غفلتی در سالمندان ایرانی انجام گردید.
روش: پس از فرآیند ترجمه مقیاس اصلی، ویژگی‌های روانسنجی پرسشنامه 17 گویه‌ای خود غفلتی از نظر روایی صوری و محتوایی با شاخص اعتبار محتوا ارزیابی گردید. روایی سازه با آلفای کرونباخ و تحلیل همبستگی و پایایی با استفاده از روش‌های همسانی درونی و آزمون مجدد مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. اجرای دو مرحله‌ای پرسشنامه پس از غربالگری با آزمون شناختی و رضایت آگاهانه، بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج صورت پذیرفت. داوطلبان در مرحله مقدماتی30 نفر و در مرحله اصلی 207 سالمند شصت سال به بالا از کانون های بازنشستگی شهر تهران بودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار ابزار به ترتیب 26/93 و 9/46 بود. شاخص اعتبار محتوایی مقیاس خود غفلتی در سالمندان در کل(0/92 = CVI) بود. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با چرخش واریماکس منجر به 4 عامل با محوریت عامل روان شناختی گردید. آلفای کرونباخ (0.96) مبین همسانی درونی و پایایی قابل قبول برای همه آیتم ها در مقیاس 17 آیتمی خود غفلتی بود.
نتیجه گیری: علی رغم تفاوت ساختار ابعاد کسب شده در نسخه فارسی با ساختار اصلی، نتایج موید قابلیت اعتماد و پایایی نسخه فارسی مقیاس خود غفلتی در سالمندان ایرانی می باشد. تنها یک آیتم مربوط به سبک زندگی در نسخه اصلی به دلیل مغایرت با فرهنگ ایرانی حذف شد. در نتیجه مقیاس هجده ماده ای نسخه اصلی به مقیاس هفده ماده ای تقلیل یافت. این مقیاس می تواند به عنوان ابزاری مناسب برای غربالگری و شناسایی سالمندان درگیر خود غفلتی در دسترس متخصصان سالمندی ، پرستاران و کادر درمان قرار گیرد. |

Psychometric Features of Persian Version of Self-Neglect Scale in Iranian Elderly |

Aim: Identifying the hidden and widespread phenomenon of self-neglect with extensive negative consequences in the elderly requires the use of a standard and dynamic tool with a holistic perspective. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the psychometric properties of the Persian version of self-neglect scale in Iranian elderly.
Method: After the translation process of the original scale, the psychometric properties of the 17-item self-neglect questionnaire were evaluated in terms of face and content validity with the content validity index. Construct validity was measured with Cronbach's alpha and correlation and reliability analysis using internal consistency and retest methods. The two-stage implementation of the questionnaire was done after screening with a cognitive test and informed consent, based on the entry and exit criteria. There were 30 volunteers in the preliminary stage and 207 seniors aged 60 and over from the retirement centers of Tehran. Data analysis was evaluated with SPSS version 21 software.
Results: The mean and standard deviation of the tool were 26.93 and 9.46, respectively. The content validity index of self-neglect scale in the elderly was (CVI = 0.92). The results of exploratory factor analysis with Varimax rotation led to 4 factors centered on the psychological factor. Cronbach's alpha (0.96) showed high internal consistency and reliability for all items in the 17-item self-neglect scale.
Conclusion: Despite the difference in the structure of dimensions obtained in the Persian version with the original structure, the results confirm the reliability and reliability of the Persian version of self-neglect scale in Iranian elderly. Only one item related to lifestyle in the original version was removed due to conflict with Iranian culture. As a result, the eighteen-item scale of the original version was reduced to a seventeen-item scale. This scale can be used as a suitable tool for screening and identifying the elderly involved in self-neglect, available to geriatricians, nurses and medical staff. |
