عنوان فارسی بررسی برنامه‌های کاربردی تلفن همراه در حوزه پیوند اعضا: یک مرور سیستماتیک
چکیده فارسی مقاله
هدف بسیاری از بیماری‌های مزمن به نارسایی اندام منجر می‌شود و بهترین درمان در این مرحله، پیوند عضو است. گیرندگان پیوند به مراقبت جدی نیاز دارند. پیشرفت در فناوری منجر به توسعه برنامه‌هایی با هدف بهبود پزشکی شده است. بنابراین مطالعه مرور 
روش ها مطالعه حاضر طبق دستورالعمل پریزما (موارد ترجیحی در گزارش مقالات مروری منظم و فراتحلیل) انجام شد. برای این منظور پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی پابمد، وب‌آوساینس و اسکوپوس جهت بازیابی مقالات انگلیسی بدون محدودیت زمانی، تا 24 سپتامبر 2022 مورد جست‌وجو قرار گرفتند. معیار ورود به مطالعه، مقالات اصیل و انگلیسی‌زبانی بودند که به معرفی برنامه‌های کاربردی تلفن همراه در حوزه پیوند اعضا پرداخته‌اند. گردآوری داده‏ها بر‌اساس فرم استخراج داده‏ها انجام شد. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از‌طریق روش تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفت.
یافته ها در‌مجموع 123 مقاله یافت شد که 11 مقاله با معیارهای مطالعه همخوانی داشت. کاربران این برنامه‌ها، بیماران، خانواده یا مراقبینشان و کادر درمان بودند. این مطالعات در کشورهای اسپانیا و آمریکا انجام شدند. 45/5 درصد از برنامه‌های کاربردی، برای گیرندگان پیوند کلیه و کبد و 36/5 درصد برای پیوند سلول بنیادی طراحی شده بود.
نتیجه گیری نتایج مطالعه حاضر مؤید اثربخشی برنامه‌های کاربردی تلفن همراه در حوزه پیوند اعضا بود. استفاده از آن‌ها باعث افزایش پایبندی بیماران نسبت به درمان، بهبود مراقبت فردی، افزایش آگاهی بیماران و ارتباط بین کاربران می‌شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The mHealth Applications for Patients With Organ Transplantation: A Systematic Review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله
Objective Many chronic diseases can lead to organ failure. The best treatment for patients with end-stage organ diseases is organ transplantation. Technological advances have led to the development of applications for health promotion. This systematic review study aims to investigate mHealth applications in the field of organ transplantation. 
Methods The present study was conducted according to PRISMA guidelines. For this purpose, Web of Science, PubMed and Scopus databases were searched to retrieve related articles in English without a time limit, until September 24, 2022. The inclusion criteria were: Being an original article, being in the English language, availability of full texts, and being related to mHealth applications in the field of organ transplantation. Data collection was done using a data extraction form. The data was analyzed using the content analysis method.
Results A total of 123 articles were found, of which 11 met the inclusion criteria. The users of applications were patients, their families or caregivers and medical staff. The studies had been conducted in Spain and the USA. It was found that 45.5% of applications were designed for kidney and liver transplant recipients and 36.5% for stem cell transplant recipients.
Conclusion Studies have shown the effectiveness of mHealth applications in organ transplantation. These applications can increase patients’ adherence to treatment, self-care and awareness of treatment methods and can create communication between users.
