چشم‌انداز گراند راندهای پزشکی در ایران: یک مرور نظام‌مند |

هدف: این مطالعه به منظور مرور ادبیات گراند راندهای پزشکی در ایران به منظور ارزیابی کارایی، روش‌های جدید، مزایا و چالش‌های آن انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه از یک مرور سیستماتیک با تطابق به استانداردهای PRISMA استفاده کرده و نقش گراند راند در آموزش پزشکی را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده است. پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed، EMBASE، Scopus، Web of Science و همچنین پایگاه‌های فارسیSID.ir، Elmentnet و Magiran با استفاده از عبارات خاص جستجو شدند. دو داور به صورت مستقل مقالات را بر اساس معیارهای ورودی بازبینی نمودند و اختلافات را از طریق بحث حل نمودند. کیفیت و سوگیری با استفاده از ابزار MMAT ارزیابی شد.
نتایج: در این مطالعه، 12 مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دانشجویان پزشکی چالش‌هایی را در کیفیت گراند راند های آموزشی در مقایسه با اعضای هیئت علمی و دستیاران تجربه می‌کنند، که به طور بالقوه تحت تأثیر تفاوت‌های جنسیتی یا مراحل تحصیلی رشته پزشکی است. تصدیق این نابرابری‌ها برای راهبردهای آموزشی مؤثر، به ویژه در زمینه گراند راند، حیاتی است.
نتیجه‌گیری: مرور ما به رویکردهای نوآورانه، مزایا و موانع مرتبط با گراند راندهای پزشکی در ایران می‌پردازد. نتایج نشان‌دهنده تفاوت در دیدگاه‌ها بین دانشجویان و اساتید است، که ناشی از ضرورت استفاده از رویکردهای آموزشی سفارشی‌شده است.

Prospects of medical grand rounds in Iran: a systematic review |

Objective: This study was conducted to review the literature of medical grand rounds in Iran in order to evaluate its efficiency, new methods, advantages and challenges.
Method: This study used a systematic review in accordance with PRISMA standards and evaluated the role of Grand Round in medical education. PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, Web of Science databases as well as FarsiSID.ir, Elmentnet and Magiran databases were searched using specific terms. Two referees independently reviewed the articles based on the entry criteria and resolved the differences through discussion. Quality and bias were assessed using the MMAT tool. Thematic codes extracted from the responses guided the qualitative synthesis of evidence.
Results: In this study, 12 articles were examined. Medical students experience challenges in the quality of teaching grand rounds compared to faculty and residents, potentially influenced by gender differences or stages of medical education. Acknowledging these disparities is critical to effective educational strategies, especially in the Grand Round context. Adapting to challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, it is recommended that virtual group discussions be implemented to increase student satisfaction and knowledge transfer during Grand Rounds. Despite the strengths of bedside grand rounds, managing the lack of evidence-based issues and clinical decision-making is critical to increasing the overall quality of grand rounds.
Conclusion: Our review deals with the innovative approaches, benefits and barriers related to medical grand rounds in Iran. The results show a difference in views between students and professors, which results from the necessity of using customized educational approaches. |
