عوامل مؤثر برافت تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دکترای عمومی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز |

هدف: شناسایی به‌موقع عوامل مؤثر برافت تحصیلی، از دیدگاه افراد مرتبط، می‌تواند در پیشگیری از آن نقش به سزایی داشته باشد؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر برافت تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دکترای حرفه‌ای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰1-۱۴۰۲ انجام‌یافته است.
روش: این پژوهش توصیفی و پیمایشی بر روی 474 نفر از دانشجویان دکترای حرفه‌ای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز ورودی سال ۱۳۹۸ طراحی گردیده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه استاندارد متشکل از دو بخش جمع‌آوری شد. بخش اول شامل اطلاعات فردی بود و بخش دوم شامل 5۲ سؤال است که به‌صورت مقیاس لیکرت 5 نقطه‌ای ارزش گذاری شده است. پرسشنامه‌ها در نرم‌افزار پرس لاین تکمیل‌شده و تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون تی مستقل و آزمون فریدمن در نرم‌افزار Spss24 انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش عوامل قبل از آموزش، عوامل دانشگاهی، عوامل روانی و عوامل اجتماعی و اقتصادی درافت تحصیلی مؤثر هستند (p<0/05). رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر برافت تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان متفاوت بود (p<0/05) و عوامل آموزشی بالاترین رتبه و عوامل اقتصادی- اجتماعی پایین‌ترین رتبه را در بین عوامل مؤثر برافت تحصیلی داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثرات نامناسب افت تحصیلی بر نظام‌های آموزشی، خانواده، جامعه و دانشجو باید ضمن شناسایی راهکارهای مناسب پیشگیری از آن، تدابیر حمایت از دانشجویان در معرض افت تحصیلی در نظر گرفته شود. در زمینه آموزش نیز ضمن برنامه‌ریزی‌های مناسب آموزشی، اساتید باید برای استفاده از آموزش و ارزیابی‌های نوین توانمند گردند و امکانات آموزشی و رفاهی مناسب برای دانشجویان فراهم شود.

Objective: Timely identification of the effective factors of academic failure, from the point of view of related people, can play a significant role in preventing it; Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effective factors of academic failurefrom the point of view of professional doctorate students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2022-2023.
Method: This descriptive and survey research was designed on 474 professional doctoral students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences at the beginning of 2018. Data were collected using a standard questionnaire consisting of two parts. The first part included personal information, and the second part included 52 questions that were rated on a 5-point Likert scale. Questionnaires were completed in Pressline software and data analysis was done using descriptive statistics, independent t test and Friedman test in Spss24 software.
Findings:According to the findings of the research, pre-education factors, academic factors, psychological factors, and social and economic factors are effective in academic failure (p<0.05). The ranking of the effective factors of academic failure was different from the students' point of view (p<0.05) and educational factors had the highest rank and economic-social factors had the lowest rank among the effective factors of academic failure.
Conclusion: Due to the inappropriate effects of academic failure on educational systems, family, society and students, appropriate solutions should be provided to identify and prevent it, and support measures for students exposed to academic failure and its subsequent effects should be considered. |
