بررسی عناوین پایان نامه های کارشناسی ارشد فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در ایران |

مقدمه: فناوری اطلاعات سلامت یکی از بنیان های تحول و بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی، پژوهشی و درمانی در حوزه سلامت است. نیازهای جامعه، برنامه های کشور و تحولات در زمینه فناوری اطلاعات سلامت ابتدا در پژوهش ها و بویژه پایان نامه های این حوزه تجلی می یابد. لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی عناوین پایان نامه های کارشناسی ارشد رشته فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در ایران بود.
روشها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحلیل محتوا است که تمام پایان نامه های کارشناسی ارشد رشته فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی تهران، ایران، شهید بهشتی، اصفهان، کاشان، شیراز، تبریز، ارومیه، مشهد،کرمان و هرمزگان به تعداد 447 که تا پایان سال 1402 دفاع شده بودند مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و داده ها با استفاده از برنامه مکس کیودا22 آنالیز شده است.
نتایج: عناوین پایان نامه ها در 10 طبقه تقسیم بندی شد. سلامت همراه، ارزیابی سیستم های اطلاعات، طراحی مدل مفهومی، پیاده سازی سیستم اطلاعاتی، کاربردهای سیستم های اطلاعاتی، آمار بیمارستانی، مباحث مدیریت، پزشکی از راه دور، تکنیک های داده کاوی و موضوع های فرعی است. موضوع سلامت همراه با 93 مورد، طراحی مدل مفهومی با 91 مورد و ارزیابی سیستم های اطلاعاتی با 88 مورد بیشترین موضوع پایان نامه های فناوری اطلاعات سلامت بود.
نتیجهگیری: بررسی موضوعی عناوین پایان نامه های فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در کشور نشان داد که پراکندگی موضوعی و نبود الگوی مشخص در این حوزه مشهود است.

Introduction: Health information technology is one of the foundations of transformation and improvement of the quality of educational, research and treatment services in the field of health. The needs of the society, the country's programs and developments in the field of health technology can be manifested first in researches and especially theses in this field. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to survey the titles of master's theses in the field of health information technology in Iran.
Methods: The current research is of the content analysis type, all master's theses in the field of health information technology in the universities of medical sciences in Tehran, Iran, Shahid Beheshti, Isfahan, Kashan, Shiraz, Tabriz, Urmia, Mashhad, Kerman and Hormozgan totaling 447, which were defended until the end of 1402 were analyzed and the data was analyzed using the MAXQUDA22 program.
Results: Theses titles were divided into 10 categories: mobile health , information systems evaluation, conceptual model design, information system implementation, information systems applications, hospital statistics, management topics, telemedicine, data mining techniques and sub-topics. The topic of mobile health with 93 cases, conceptual model design with 91 cases and evaluation of information systems with 88 cases were the most topics of health information technology theses.
Conclusion: A thematic study of the titles of health information technology dissertations in Iran shows that thematic dispersion and the lack of a specific pattern in this field are evident. |
