عنوان فارسی بررسی رضایت دانشجویان رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در مورد وضعیت آموزش مجازی دروس ارائه شده در مقطع علوم پایه از منظر انعطاف پذیری دوره آموزش مجازی، محتوای آموزشی و سازماندهی آن، تعامل-ارزشیابی، سامانه آموزش مجازی و پشتیبانی کاربران، و دیدگاه کلی دانشجویان
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: بستر یادگیری مجازی یک زیرساخت آموزشی با کیفیت بالا و پایدار فراهم می­کند. درسالهای اخیر با توسعه آموزش مجازی و یادگیری الکترونیکی، تاثیرگذاری روزافزون آن برسیستم آموزشی بسیار مورد توجه قرارگرفته است.
هدف: دراین مطالعه به بررسی وضعیت آموزش مجازی دروس دانشجویان مقطع علوم پایه پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در سال ۰۱-۱۴۰0 از منظر انعطاف پذیری دوره آموزش مجازی، محتوای آموزشی و سازماندهی آن، تعامل-ارزشیابی، سامانه آموزش مجازی و پشتیبانی کاربران، و دیدگاه کلی دانشجویان پرداختیم.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه تحلیلی_مقطعی با همکاری 204 نفر از دانشجویان مقطع علوم پایه رشته پزشکی در واحد رشت و واحد پردیس انزلی انجام شد. شرکت کنندگان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه بندی انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از یک پرسشنامه 31 سوالی محقق ساخته استفاده کردیم که بصورت آنلاین دراختیاردانشجویان قرارگرفت. روایی پرسشنامه‌‌ برابر با 92/0وپایایی کل پرسشنامه براساس ضریب آلفا کرونباخ 887/0 برآورد گردید
یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج بدست آمده میانگین نمره وضعیت آموزش مجازی دروس مقطع علوم پایه در بعد انعطاف پذیری دوره آموزش مجازی 88/3 ± 83/18، کم ترین و بیشترین نمره به ترتیب 7 و 25، میانگین نمره محتوای آموزشی وسازماندهی آن 51/4 ± 40/26، کم ترین و بیشترین نمره به ترتیب 8 و 35، میانگین نمره تعامل-ارزشیابی 70/8 ± 20/40، کم ترین و بیشترین نمره به ترتیب 13 و 60، میانگین نمره سامانه آموزش مجازی و پشتیبانی کاربران 41/3 ± 67/13، کم ترین و بیشترین نمره به ترتیب 4 و 20، میانگین نمره دیدگاه کلی دانشجویان 15/2 ± 78/6، کم ترین و بیشترین نمره به ترتیب 2 و 10 و میانگین وضعیت کلی دوره آموزشی 12/17 ± 88/105، کم ترین و بیشترین نمره به ترتیب 39 و 150 بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بصورت کلی رضایت دانشجویان رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در مورد وضعیت آموزش مجازی دروس ارائه شده در مقطع علوم پایه رضایت بخش بود. نتایج این پژوهش می تواند در سیاست گذاری های خرد و کلان
زیر نظر مستقیم معاونت آموزشی وزارت بهداشت و دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی موثر باشد.

Objective: In this study, we examined the satisfaction of the status of virtual education of basic medical sciences courses in medical students at Guilan University of Medical Sciences in terms of the educational content and its organization, the interaction-evaluation, the virtual education system and user support, and the general perspective of students during 2021-2022.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted with the participation of 204 medical students at the basic medical sciences courses in Rasht and Anzali campuses. Participants were selected using a stratified random sampling method. To collect data, we used a 31-item online researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was 0.92 and the total reliability was 0.887 based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Fisher, Pearson correlation, and SPSS-26 software were used.
Results: The average score of the virtual education status of basic science courses in the flexibility dimension was 18.83 ± 3.88, the lowest and highest scores were 7 and 25, respectively; the average score of the educational content and its organization was 26.40 ± 4.51, the lowest and highest scores were 8 and 35, respectively; the average score of the interaction-evaluation was 40.20 ± 8.70, the lowest and highest scores were 13 and 60, respectively; the average score of the virtual education system and user support was 13.67 ± 3.41, the lowest and highest scores were 4 and 20, respectively; the average score of the overall students' perspective was 6.78 ± 2.15, the lowest and highest scores were 2 and 10, respectively; and the average score of the overall educational course was 105.88 ± 17.12, the lowest and highest scores were 39 and 150, respectively.
Conclusion: In general, the satisfaction of medical students at Guilan University of Medical Sciences regarding the status of virtual education in basic science courses was acceptable. The results of this study can be effective in policy-making under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Health and universities of medical sciences.
