نگرش کارکنان بهداشتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان نسبت به فرزندآوری پس از پاندمی کووید ۱۹ در سال ۱۴۰۱ |

زمینه: پاندمی کووید19 اثر منفی بر رشد جمعیت در کشورهای جهان از جمله ایران گذاشته و کاهش شدید جمعیتی را به همراه داشت.
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح نگرش کارکنان بهداشتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان نسبت به فرزندآوری پس از پاندمی کووید 19 در سال 1401 انجام شد.
روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری دردسترس ابتدا شبکه های بهداشتی استان انتخاب و 2830 نفر از کارکنان بهداشتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد نگرش به باروری و فرزندآوری جمع آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار STATA نسخه 17 و آزمون های آماری تی تست، کای اسکوئر و رگرسیون خطی انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: از بین 2830 نفر شرکت کننده؛ 2248 نفر (43/79%) زن و 582 (57/20%) مرد بودند. متوسط سن شرکت کنندگان 96/7±31/38 سال و 2358 نفر (32/83%) متاهل بودند. میانگین نمره نگرش افراد برابر 85/7±81/55 بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد میزان نگرش با جنس زن و سطح تحصیلات بالاتر رابطه معنی دار افزایشی اما با افزایش تعداد فرزندان، کاهش معنی داری داشت (001/0>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته ها، نمره نگرش در زنان بالاتر از مردان بوده و با افزایش مدت زمان زندگی مشترک افزایش یافت. بهبود نگرش کارکنان بهداشتی نسبت به فرزندآوری می تواند در ایجاد انگیزه به مردم و افزایش نرخ باروی موثر باشد. لذا به منظور افزایش نگرش زوجین به خصوص کارکنان بهداشتی در شرایط بحرانی لازم است برنامه های آموزشی و حمایتی و همچنین مداخلات موثر و بیشتری صورت پذیرد. |

Background: The outbreak of the Corona pandemic in the world had a negative effect on the population growth of countries; therefore, the birth rate in Iran has decreased significantly during this period.
Objective: The present study was conducted to determine the level of attitude of healthcare workers of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences towards childbearing after covid-19 pandemic in 2022.
Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study using simple sampling method, health centers of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences were included and 2830 healthcare workers participated in the study. Information was collected using the standard questionnaire of attitudes towards fertility and childbearing, and data was analyzed using STATA version 17.
Results: Among 2830 participants; 2248 people (79.43%) were women and 582 (20.57%) were men. The average age of the participants is 38.31 ± 7.96 years. Of all the participants, 2358 people (83.32%) were married and the average attitude score of individuals was 55.81±7.85. The results showed that the level of attitude had a significant relationship with female gender and higher education level, but with the increase in the number of children, there was a significant decrease (P<0.001).
Conclusion: Based on the findings, the attitude score in women was higher than men and increased with the increase in the duration of cohabitation. Improving the attitude of healthcare workers towards childbearing can be effective in motivating people and increasing the fertility rate. Therefore, in order to enhance the attitude of couples, especially the health staff, and in critical situations, it is necessary to carry out educational and supportive programs as well as more effective interventions. |
