ارتباط بین نگرش و چگونگی بهره برداری از فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات در دانشجویان پرستاری |

چکیده زمینه و هدف: کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در جهان معاصر بعنوان یک تکنولوژی مدرن با سرعت در حال گسترش است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین نگرش و چگونگی بهره برداری از فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات در دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی بود. نمونه گیری به روش آسان انجام شد. شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش شامل 102 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری در مقاطع کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی گیلان، همدان و علوم بهزیستی و توانبخشی تهران بودند. ابزار مورد استفاده در جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه حسین زاده و همکاران دارای سه بخش چگونگی استفاده از فعالیت‌های رایانه‌ای، فعالیت‌های اینترنتی و نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: در بررسی ارتباط بین سه حیطه بهره برداری از فعالیت‌های رایانه‌ای، فعالیت‌های اینترنتی و نگرش نسبت به فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات، نتایج نشان داد ارتباط معنی‌دار و مستقیمی بین فعالیت‌های رایانه‌ای و نگرش (001/0 P< و 51/0 r=) وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری کلی: نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از وجود ارتباط مستقیم در خصوص مهارت‌های رایانه‌ای و اینترنتی در نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری بود. از آنجا که هدف نهایی آموزش پرستاری ارتقای صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای است، تکرار چنین پژوهش‌هایی به منظور هدایت دانشجویان پرستاری در بهره برداری از فناوری‌های پیشرفته علمی، ضروری می‌باشد. پیشنهاد می‌گردد در مطالعات آتی به بررسی عوامل تسهیل کننده وموانع استفاده از اینترنت در دستیابی به نتایج تحقیقات و عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد در گروههای بزرگتری از دانشجویان پرداخته شود. |

Abstract Background & Aims: The use of information and communication technology as a modern technology is rapidly expanding in current world and has been known. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between nursing students' attitudes and the exploitation of information and communication technologies. Materials & Methods: This was a correlational study conducted using the convenience sampling method. The study participants were 102 undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students from Gilan and Hamedan Universities of Medical Sciences; also School of Rehabilitation affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire by Hosseinzadeh et al. including the use of computer activities, Internet activities, and students' attitudes towards information and communication technology. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using the SPSS software version 16. Results: The assessment of relationship between the use of computer activity, Internet activity and attitude towards information and communication technologies revealed a positive and significant correlation between the use of computer and attitude (r= 0.51, P < 0/001). Conclusion: The results of the study indicated a positive correlation between nursing students' attitudes and computer and internet skills. As the major goal of nursing education is professional competency, therefore, similar research is needed for guiding nursing students in using advance scientific technologies. It is suggested that future studies should address facilitators and barriers to Internet use in the pursuit of research and evidence-based practice in the bigger students' and nurses' groups. |
