عوامل موثر بر پذیرش سلامت همراه از دیدگاه پزشکان مراکز آموزشی درمانی |

مقدمه: بنابر گزارش سازمان جهانی بهداشت استفاده از فناوری سلامت همراه و فناوریهای بیسیم برای پشتیبانی و دستیابی به اهداف صنعت سلامت، چهره¬ی ارائه خدمات مراقبت سلامت در دنیا را تغییر داده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین میزان شناخت پزشکان و بررسی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش سلامت همراه از دیدگاه آنان بود. روش ها: این مطالعه مقطعی با روش توصیفی تحلیلی در سال 1395 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام شد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 150 نفر از پزشکان شاغل در 5 بیمارستان آموزشی این دانشگاه بود. به منظور گردآوری دادهها و آزمون فرضیات پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته براساس متغیرهای مدل TAM استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و تحلیلی (رگرسیون خطی و چندگانه) استفاده شد. یافتهها: میانگین متغیرهای سودمندی درک شده، قصد رفتاری، لذت درک شده، هنجار ذهنی، سهولت استفاده درک شده تصویر، داوطلبانه بودن و قابلیت استفاده از اهداف بالاتر از میانگین مبنا (3) بود و نشاندهنده پذیرش سلامت همراه توسط آنها بود. ارتباط بین تمام متغیرها با یکدیگر و در جهت اهداف نگرشی و رفتاری پذیرش سلامت همراه، معنادار بود، اما متغیر قابلیت نمایش تاثیر مثبتی بر روی سودمندی درک شده نداشت. بحث و نتیجهگیری: میتوان در برنامهریزیها با لحاظ کردن فاکتورهایی مانند تمایل رفتاری برای استفاده از خدمات سلامت همراه و سایر فاکتورهای موثر نسبت به ارتقاء میزان پذیرش آن، اقدام کرد. نتایج این مطالعه اطلاعات سودمندی را در اختیار مدیران و سیاستگذاران سلامت قرار میدهد تا بتوانند با استفاده از فناوریهای نوین در جهت بهبود کیفیت خدمات گام بردارند. |

Effective Factors in Acceptance of Mobile Health from Physicians Point of View |

Introduction: World Health Organization reports', indicated that the image of health care service delivery have changed by application of mobile health and wireless technologies for supporting and achieving the objectives of health industry. The present study aimed to determining the level of physicians' familiarity with Mobile Health Services and investigating the factors affecting that Methodology: A cross-sectional study was carried out in Zahedan University of Medical Sciences in southeast of Iran in 2016. The statistical population includes all physicians working in five University Teaching Hospitals (n=150). A validated questionnaire, prepared based on the variables of Technology Acceptance Model 2 and models, was used for data collection. The reliability of the given questionnaire was confirmed with the correlation coefficient of 0.8. Moreover, SmartPLS 3.2 and SPSS software were used to the data analyzing. Results: Most of the respondents (112, or 74.4%) were female and 84 of them (56%) were less than 30 years old. All the physician used Smartphones. The score of perceived usefulness, behavioral intention, perceived enjoyment, and subjective norm, perceived ease of use, image, volunteering and objective usability constructs were higher than average baseline, representing the acceptance of mobile phone by them. The relations of all constructs with one another towards the attitudinal and behavioral objectives of the mobile health services acceptance were significant (P< 0.05). However, demonstrability construct had not any correlation with perceived usefulness (P>0.05). Conclusion: The most significant factors affecting the mobile phone acceptance by the physicians were identified. The results of this study may provide useful information to the health mangers and policy makers to take step toward improving the service quality by using the new technologies. |
