عنوان فارسی نقش جنسیت در خودکارآمدی پژوهشی دانشجویان پرستاری
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: تحقیقات در زمینه­ی بهداشت و سلامتی برای پیشرفت مراقبت­های بهداشتی ضروری بوده و نقشی محوری در علوم پزشکی ایفا می­نماید. از این­رو مطالعه­ی حاضر با هدف تعیین و مقایسه­ای خودکارآمدی پژوهشی در دانشجویان دختر و پسر مقطع تحصیلات تکمیلی پرستاری انجام پذیرفت. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع مقطعی است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 1393-1392، تشکیل می‌داد. روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع تصادفی ساده بود. جهت گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه­ی خودکارآمدی پژوهشی ( RSE ) که توسط Phillips & Russell ساخته شده است بهره گرفته شد. داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون­های آماری t دو گروهی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس دو عاملی در نرم­افزار آماری SPSS تسخه 20 تحلیل شد. یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد دانشجویان دختر و پسر از نظر خودکارآمدی مهارت­های نوشتن، تحقیق عملیاتی، کمی و رایانه­ای، طراحی تحقیق و نمره­ی کل خودکارآمدی پژوهشی بالاتر از میانگین معیار جامعه قرار دارند. بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر در خود کارآمدی مهارت­های طراحی تحقیق ، مهارت تحقیق عملیاتی ، مهارت کمی و رایانه­ای، مهارت­های نوشتن و نمره­ی کل خودکارآمدی پژوهشی تفاوت معنی دار وجود نداشت (05/0 < P ). هم­چنین نقش توام جنسیت و علاقه به پژوهش در رابطه با خودکارآمدی پژوهشی معنی­دار نبود (21/1 = F ، 27/0 = p ) اما نقش جداگانه­ی علاقه به انجام پژوهش در خودکارآمدی پژوهشی دانشجویان معنی­دار بود. (63/7 = F ، 006/0 = p ). نتیجه­گیری کلی: توصیه می شود در پژوهش های بعدی رابطه­ی خودکارآمدی پژوهشی با عواملی هم­چون محیط آموزشی، انگیزه­ی علمی و تولیدات پژوهشی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Role of Gender in Research Self-efficacy of Nursing Students
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Background & Aim: Research in the field of health is essential for the development of health care and plays a central role in medical sciences. Accordingly this study was undertaken to determine research self-efficacy of female and male nursing students in higher education. Material & Methods: It was a descriptive, cross sectional study. The research population was nursing students of higher education in Ardabil University of Medical Sciences in academic year of 2013-2014. Simple random sampling was used to recruit the students. Data was collected by Phillips & Russell Research Self Efficacy (RSE) questionnaire and analyzed by Independent- sample t -test and Two- way ANOVA using SPSS-PC (v.20). Results: The results showed that the male and female students were situated upper than the standard average in terms of self-efficacy of writing skills, practical research skills, quantitative and computer skills, research design skills and total research self- efficacy. There was no significant difference between male and female students in terms of self-efficacy of design skills, self-efficacy of practical research skills, self-efficacy of quantitative and computer skills, self-efficacy of writing skills, and total research self-efficacy ( p >0.05). No significant relationship was found between the interaction of gender and interest in research, and research self-efficacy (F =1/21, P=0/27). However, the singular role of interest in research and research self-efficacy was significant (F =7/63, P=0/006). Conclusions: Future research is recommended to be undertaken to study the relationship between research self-efficacy and factors such as educational environment, scientific motivation and research products.
