عنوان فارسی همکاری بین حرفه ای از دیدگاه پرستاران و پزشکان
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: همکاری پرستاران و پزشکان، اصلی ضروری برای ارائه مراقبت‌ها است. این پژوهش با بررسی دیدگاه پرستاران و پزشکان در مورد همکاری بین حرفه ­ ای، سعی در نمایان ساختن شرایط موجود جهت اتخاذ تدابیر و ارتقاء روابط حرفه ­ ای دارد. روش بررسی: در پژوهش حاضر که یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بود، دید 134پرستار و 66 پزشک شاغل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی تبریز از طریق شیوه تصادفی طبقه ­ ای و با استفاده از پرسشنامه جفرسون مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. روایی ابزار یاد شده با استفاده از روایی محتوی و پایایی آن توسط آزمون مجدد بررسی و با توجه به ضریب به دست آمده (86/0) مورد تایید قرارگرفت. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 13 و از طریق آمار توصیفی و آزمون پیرسون، T و ANOVA تجریه و تحلیل شد. یافته ­ ها: نتایج مطالعه حاکی از نگرش نامطلوب پزشکان نسبت به همکاری بین حرفه ­ ای در حیطه های سلطه­گری پزشکان و استقلال پرستاران بود.اختلاف معنی­داری بین دیدگاه پرستاران و پزشکان در چهارحیطه سلطه کاری پزشکان(001/0> P )، استقلال پرستاران (001/0 (P< ، کار تیمی(003/0 (p= و درمان در برابر مراقبت (001/0 (p< مشاهده شد. در خصوص ارتباط بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک با درک پرستاران و پزشکان از همکاری بین حرفه ای، نتایج نشان داد با افزایش سنوات خدمت، دیدگاه پزشکان بهبود یافته (42/0 , r= 008/0= (p در مقابل پرستاران با افزایش سابقه کار دید نامناسب تری نسبت به همکاری بین حرفه ای پیدا کرده بودند(38/0- , r= 03/0= (p همچنین در بخشهای ویژه نسبت به بخشهای عمومی پرستاران و پزشکان دید بهتری نسبت به همکاری بین حرفه ای داشتند. نتیجه گیری کلی: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه فوق مبنی بر دید محدود پزشکان نسبت به همکاری بین حرفه ای به ویژه در حیطه ­ های سلطه گری پزشکان و استقلال پرستاران، اتخاذ تدابیر لازم از جمله ایجاد برنامه های آموزشی مشترک بین دانشجویان پرستاری و پزشکی جهت بهبود همکاری بین حرفه‌ای توصیه می­شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Nurses and Physicians' Viewpoint toward Interprofessional Collaboration
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim : Collaboration between nurses and physicians is essential for providing primary care and it is key factor for facilitating empowerment and rehabilitation of patients. This study by determining viewpoints of nurses and physicians toward professional collaboration tries to determine the existing conditions and to fasilate collaboration between nurses and physicians. Material &Methods: This cross-sectional study assessed the viewpoints of 134 nurses and 66 physicians regarding interproffeshional collaboration in teaching hospitals of Tabriz-Iran. The data were collected by Jefferson questionnaire. Its reliability was 0.86 by using test- retest and its validity was received by content validity. Data was analyzed by SPSS-PC(v.13) software and using of pearson, One-way ANOVA and independent T test. Results: The results showed that the physicians’ attitudes toward profesional collaboration was not so good in physician’s dominance and nurses’ autonomy subscales. There were significant differences between the nurses' and physicians’ viewpoints in the subscales of: physician’s dominance(p< 0.001), nurses’ autonomy (p< 0.001), teamwork (p=0.003) and caring as opposed to curing (p< 0.001).Assessing relationship between demographic variables of nurses and physicians and their viewpoint toward interprofessional collaboration showed direct relation between physicians’ viewpoint and their experience(p=0.008,r-0.42) but, this relationship was reversed in nurses and their viewpoint had been worse with increasing experience(p=0.03,r- -0.38). Nurses and physicians’ viewpoint toward interprofessional collaboration in I.C.U and C.C.U wards were better than general wards. Conclusion: Regarding the undesirable attitude of physicians in the physicians’ dominance and nurses’ autonomy subscales, providing training programs for nursing and medical students about professional roles with emphasis on professional communication skills during their educational courses is recommended.
