ExtractOsteoporosis is one of the most serious debilitating Health problems that older people deal with it. But can be prevent or minimize more than any other health problem . Two new patients were admitted to the orthopedic ward of a crowded hospital in the city. One of them is a 60 year old woman who had vertebral compression fractures during coughing and eventually left the hospital with chronic , permanent back pain and kyphosis .
