عنوان فارسی شدت واکنش‌های سوگ ناشی از فوت خویشاوندان درجه یک
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه واکنش­های سوگ ناشی از فوت خویشاوندان درجه یک (فرزند، همسر، پدر و مادر، خواهر و برادر) و بررسی تعامل آن با منتظره/ غیرمنتظره بودن مرگ متوفی بود. ­روش: از بین افرادی که پس از فوت یکی از خویشاوندان درجه یک، دچار سوگ شده بودند، 180 نفر (77 مرد و 103 زن) به روش هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان پرسش‌نامه تجربه سوگ (GEQ) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها به روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری (MANOVA) تحلیل شد. یافته­ ها: اثر سوگ غیرمنتظره نسبت به سوگ مورد انتظار، از نظر جست‌وجوی تبیین (001/0p<) تفاوت معنی‌دار داشت و نسبت خویشاوندی (001/0p<) در برخی ابعاد واکنش سوگ تفاوت معنی­دار ایجاد می‌کرد؛ بدین ترتیب که‌ سوگ ناشی از فوت فرزند در ابعاد واکنش­های بدنی، جست‌وجوی تبیین و احساس ترک شدن، شدیدتر از سوگ سایر خویشاوندان؛ و سوگ همسر از نظر احساس ترک شدن بالاتر از سوگ ناشی از فوت همشیرها و والدین بود. سوگ همشیرها از نظر جست‌وجوی تبیین بالاتر از سوگ ناشی از فوت والدین و سوگ ناشی از فوت مادر در این مؤلفه، بالاتر از سوگ ناشی از فوت پدر بود. نتیجه ­گیری: یافته‌های به‌دست آمده، با روشن کردن تفاوت شدت واکنش­های سوگ ناشی از فوت خویشاوندان می­تواند اشاراتی برای درمان سوگ داشته باشد. /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal" mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0 mso-tstyle-colband-size:0 mso-style-noshow:yes mso-style-priority:99 mso-style-qformat:yes mso-style-parent:"" mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt mso-para-margin:0cm mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt mso-pagination:widow-orphan font-size:11.0pt font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif" mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman" mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin mso-bidi-font-family:Arial mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi}

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Objectives: The goal of present study was to compare the grief reactions following first-grade relatives’ death (child, spouse, parents, sister and brother) and to examine their reactions with anticipated/unanticipated death of the ceased person. Method: From those who were grived following death of a first-grade relative 180 persons (77 males and 103 females) were selected purposefully. The participants were asked to fill the Grief Experience Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). Results: The difference between the effect of anticipated compared with unanticipated grief considering search for explanation (p< 0.001), and kinship in some of grief reactions were significant (p< 0.001). Grief reactions following the death of a child in components of somatic reaction, search for explanation and feeling of abandonment were more severe than the death of other relatives, and the grief of spouse, in feeling of abandonment, was more severe than the death of siblings or parents. The grief of siblings, in search for explanation, was more than the grief for death of parents, and to this regard, the grief following the death of mother was higher than the death of father.
