چکیدههدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر فعالیت‌های موسیقایی بر حافظه و توجه در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا انجام شده است. روش: 28 مرد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا در این پژوهش شرکت داشتند که در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه بررسی شدند. گروه آزمایشی در جلسات موسیقی‌درمانی شرکت کردند. داده‌ها به‌کمک آزمون فراخنای ارقام وکسلر، آزمون حذف حروف لزاک و پرسش‌نامه اندریسون در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون گردآوری شدند. یافته‌ها: موسیقی‌درمانی در بالابردن نمره‌های حافظه (05/0p< ، 18/2=t) و توجه (01/0p< ، 5/2-=t) مؤثر بود و در بیماران با علایم مثبت و منفی تأثیرمتفاوتی نداشت.نتیجه‌گیری: محرک‌‌های موسیقایی تنظیم شده می‌توانند از پراکندگی ذهن و عدم توجه بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا بکاهند. |

The Effect of Musical Activity on Memory and Attention in Schizophrenia |

Abstract Objectives: This study was carried out with the aim of assessing the effect of musical activities on the memory and attention of patients with schizophrenia. Method: 28 men with schizophrenia took part in this research and were studied in two experimental and control groups. The experimental group took part in music therapy sessions. Data were gathered using Weshsler Digit Span Scale, Lezak Letter Cancellation Test and Andreason Scale in the pretest and post-test stages. Results: Music therapy was effective in elevating memory scores (p< 0.05, t=-2.18) and attention scores (p< 0.01, t=2.5), and its effects were not different in patients with negative and positive symptoms. Conclusion: Adjusted musical stimuli could reduce lack of attention and absent -mindedness in patients with schizophrenia. |
