عنوان فارسی بررسی مقایسه ای برخی از شاخص‌های مهم الگوی تنفس در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد غیر اختصاصی مزمن و افراد سالم
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: بسیاری از بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن با درمانهای رایج و مرسوم فیزیوتراپی، بهبودی کامل را بدست نمی­آورند. این مسئله نشاندهنده این است که شاید هنوز مواردی در افراد مبتلا به کمردرد وجود داشته باشد که بخوبی به آنها پرداخته نشده است . باتوجه به وجود شواهدی مبنی بر وجود اختلال در الگوی تنفس این بیماران، هدف این تحقیق بررسی مقایسه ای برخی پارامترهای مهم الگوی تنفس در بین افراد سالم و بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد غیراختصاصی مزمن می باشد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی 16 فرد مبتلا به کمردرد غیراختصاصی مزمن و 16 فرد سالم که در ویژگیهای دموگرافیک با هم همسان ( Match ) شده بودند، شرکت داشتند. شاخصهای حجمی، زمانی، بیوشیمی و نرخ تنفس با استفاده از دستگاه K4b2 از تمامی افراد در وضعیت استراحت جمع آوری گردید. یافته­ها: شاخصهای نرخ تنفس، زمان دم، زمان بازدم و زمان کل چرخه تنفس در بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری را نشان دادند ( 05/0 > P ) در حالی که شاخصهای حجمی و بیوشیمی تنفس و شاخص نسبت زمان دم به زمان کل چرخه تنفس تفاوت معناداری را در بین دو گروه نشان نداد. (5/0 > P ) نتیجه­گیری: وجود اختلال در برخی شاخصهای الگوی تنفسی در بیماران کمردرد مؤید این مسئله می­باشد که بررسی عملکرد سیستم تنفس افراد مبتلا به کمردرد غیراختصاصی مزمن می تواند در روند تشخیص و درمان آنها موثر باشد. کلید واژه­ها: کمردرد غیراختصاصی مزمن، اختلال الگوی تنفس، بیوشیمی تنفس

عنوان انگلیسی Comparison between Some Important Breathing Pattern Index in Non Specific Chronic Low Back Pain and Healthy Subjects
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: Some of the patients with chronic low back pain commonly do not experience full recovery with the conventional physical therapy. It is revealed that may be there are some items in subjects with low back, which are not studied well till now. Since there are some evidences about breathing pattern disorder in low back pain patients, the purpose of this study was to compare between some important breathing pattern index in non-specific chronic low back pain and healthy subjects . Materials and Methods : In this descriptive analysis study, there were 16 patients with chronic non-specific low back pain and 16 healthy subjects. Both groups were matched and selected by some of the demographic characteristics. Respiratory data including respiratory rate, volumetric, time depended and chemical index were calculated by K4b2 instrument. Results: They have significant differences in some of the respiratory parameters including respiratory rate, inspiration and expiration times and total time of respiration between two groups, whereas inspiration total time ratio, volumetric and chemical index do not have significant differences. Conclusion: Existence of disorders in some parameters of respiratory patterns in patients with low back pain are revealed that survey of respiratory system in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain can be effective in diagnosis and treatment process in physiotherapy centers.
