عنوان فارسی بررسی مقایسه ای نحوه مشارکت کودکان فلج مغزی ۸ تا۱۴ سال و کودکان طبیعی همسال در فعالیت های اوقات فراغت
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: مشارکت کودکان در فعالیت های تفریحی و اوقات فراغت با سلامت آنها ارتباط دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی مشارکت کودکان فلج مغزی 8 تا 14 سال در مقایسه با کودکان طبیعی همسال بوده است. روش بررسی:در این مطالعه مقطعی 30 کودک فلج مغزی با میانگین سنی 11 سال و 1ماه از مدارس ویژه جسمی-حرکتی و 30 کودک طبیعی همسال آنها با میانگین سنی 11 سال و 6 ماه از مدارس عادی به روش غیراحتمالی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. مشارکت این کودکان از طریق مصاحبه به وسیله آزمون CAPE:Children's Assessment of Participation and Enjoyment) ) ارزیابی شد. داده ها از طریق نرم افزار SPSS17 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته­ ها: از نظر تنوع مشارکت تفاوت معناداری بین کودکان فلج مغزی و کودکان طبیعی همسال با مقادیر(000,0p=) مشاهده شد. شدت مشارکت کودکان طبیعی همسال بیشتر از کودکان فلج مغزی بود (000,0p=). تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه از نظر لذت مشاهده نشد. اثر اصلی جنسیت و اثر متقابل گروه در جنسیت در هیچکدام از متغیرهای آزمون CAPE معنادار نبود. نتیجه­ گیری: کودکان همسال در تعداد فعالیت های بیشتری مشارکت داشتند. مشکلات فیزیکی می تواند روی مشارکت کودکان در فعالیت های روزمره و اجتماعی شدن آنها اثر بگذارد(2,4,11)، لذا آگاهی از مشارکت این کودکان می تواند به متخصصان سیستم بهداشتی در جهت طراحی درمان های متناسب با نیازهای کودکان و ارتقا مشارکت و سلامت آنها کمک کند.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparison of participation between children with cerebral palsy and typically developing peers 8-14 years old in leisure activities
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: Children's participation in leisure and recreational activities is associated with their well-being. The Purpose of this study was to compare of participation between children with cerebral palsy and typically developing peers 8-14 years old. Materials and Methods: In this cross sectional study, 30 children with cerebral palsy (mean age: 11 years and 1 month) from special education school and 30 typically developing peers (11 years and 6 months) from typical schools through convenient nonprobability sampling were selected. Participants were evaluated with the Children's Assessment of Participation and Enjoyment (CAPE).The data were analyzed by spss17. Results: There were significant differences between children with cerebral palsy and typically developing peers (p= 0.000) in diversity scale. The intensity of participation in peer group was more than children with cerebral palsy )p=0.000). No significant differences were found between the groups in the enjoyment. There were no significant main effects of gender, also significant interaction effect between group type and gender for CAPE variables. Conclusion: The participation of peer group in most activities was more than children with cerebral palsy. Physical disability can affect participation of children in everyday activities and socialization. Knowledge about participation of cerebral palsy children can help to health care professional to establish interventions that fit with children's preferences and can promote their health and participation.
