عنوان فارسی بررسی تاثیر تحریکات همزمان حس سطحی و عمقی بر عملکرد حرکتی اندام فوقانی کودکان دایپلژی اسپاستیک ۷-۳ سال
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: اهمیت عملکرد اندام فوقانی برای انجام فعالیتهای روزمره زندگی حیاتی است و هرگونه اختلال عملکرد می تواند مشکلات عمده ای را برای بیماران فلج مغزی دایپلژی اسپاستیک ایجاد نماید. از این رو اعمال پروتکل­های بازتوانی که بتواند به بازگشت عملکرد دست کمک نماید، از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر تحریکات همزمان حس سطحی و عمقی بر عملکرد حرکتی اندام فوقانی کودکان فلج مغزی دایپلژی اسپاستیک (7-3 سال) بود. روش بررسی: 13 کودک فلج مغزی دایپلژی اسپاستیک 3 تا 7 ساله شامل 4 پسر و 9 دختر با میانگین سنی 92/4 در این مطالعه شرکت نمودند. تحریکات همزمان حس سطحی و عمقی طی 8 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه برای ایشان انجام شد. عملکرد حرکتی اندام فوقانی توسط آزمون Quest و شدت اسپاستی سیتی مچ توسط Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS) ارزیابی شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که بعد از اعمال تحریکات همزمان حس سطحی و عمقی، عملکرد حرکتی اندام فوقانی به صورت معناداری (001/0P< ) بهبود یافت. همچنین، درجه اسپاستی سیتی عضلات مچ کاهش معنی داری را نشان داد 022/0 P< . نتیجه ­گیری: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر می توان پیشنهاد نمود که تحریکات همزمان حس سطحی و عمقی می تواند موجب افزایش عملکرد حرکتی اندام فوقانی و کاهش اسپاستی سیتی اندام گردد. این امر به نو به خود، موجب کاهش ناتواناییهای بیمار می گردد. از این رو، بکارگیری پروتکل­های جاری برای بیماران پیشنهاد می شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The effects of simultaneous activation of exteroception and proprioception on function of upper extremity in children with diplegic spastic cerebral palsy, 3-7 years old
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: The role of function of upper extremity in activity of daily living is critical and any impairment of function could cause major problems for diplegic spastic cerebral palsy (CP) patients. So, the application of rehabilitation protocols that could regain the hand function is very important. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of simultaneous activation of exteroception and proprioception on function of upper extremity in children with diplegic spastic CP, 3-7 years old. Materials and Methods: Thirteen CP patients (3-7 years mean: 4.92 years 4 boys and 9 girls) were participated in this study. Simultaneous activation of exteroception and proprioception were done 3 times a week (for 8 weeks). Function of upper extremity was evaluated by Quest Test and the degree of spasticity in wrist was evaluated by Modified Ashworth Scale. Results: The results of this study showed that after simultaneous activation of exteroception and proprioception, function of upper extremity was significantly improved (P< 0.001). In addition, degree of spasticity in wrist muscles was significantly decreased (P< 0.022). Conclusion: Based on results of current study, it might be suggested that simultaneous activation of exteroception and proprioception could improve the function of upper extremity and decrease of spasticity. This in respect could reduce the disabilities of patients. So, the application of current protocols for the patients is suggested.
