عنوان انگلیسی FOXO3a in Different Organisms by Nucleotide and Tandem Repeat Sequences
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Forkhead box O (FOXO) is involved in transcription and has four members: FOXO6, FOXO4, FOXO1, and FOXO3. Deregulation of FOXO3a causes some cancers such as breast tumors. FOXO plays a role in ubiquitination, acetylation, deacetylation, protein-protein interactions and phosphorylation. Understanding the regulation and mechanisms of FOXO3 could lead to future cancer treatments.  Materials and methods : Using genetics and bioinformatics, 30 sequences of FOXO3 genes were extracted from different species and were used in two datasets. In the first 65 datasets, nucleotide features were prepared for each sequence of the Fox gene, and the second set of datasets were calculated based on the tandem repeat sequences. Then, we use the weighting and the decision tree models of various data mining algorithms on these datasets. Results: The frequency of AA is the most important feature in attribute weighting models, and the frequencies of TTTTTTTTT, GAGGAGGAG, CGGCGGCGGCGG and CGGCGGCGGCGGCGG were the important features in tandem repeat sequences. From the induction tree's algorithm, interesting findings were obtained; for example, the CGGCGGCGGCGGCGG sequence is very effective in identifying Human and Gorilla from other organisms. Conclusion: The results of this study are important in understanding this gene and developing a pathway for cancer and gene therapy in humans.
