بررسی میزان دستیابی دانش آموختگان پزشکی سال ۱۳۹۲ دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بندرعباس به توانمندی های مصوب شورای آموزش پزشکی عمومی |

مقدمه و هدف: بنا بر اهمیت نقش مهارتی و حرفه ای پزشکان، وزارت متبوع، طی سندی، حداقل توانمندیهای مورد انتظار از پزشک عمومی را ترسیم نموده است. در این پژوهش، به بررسی میزان توانمندی دانش آموختگان پزشکی عمومی در سال 92 پرداخته شده است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی با هدف تعیین میزان توانمندیهای مورد انتظار از دانش آموختگان پزشکی انجام گرفت. تعداد شرکت کنندگان تحقیق، 49 نفر ، ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه حاوی 59 سؤال از 6 حیطه مهارتهای مصوب سومین نشست شورای آموزش پزشکی عمومی میباشد. روایی پرسشنامه با نظرخواهی از صاحبنظران آموزش پزشکی تأیید و پایایی با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برابر 8/0 بدست آمد. تحلیل اطلاعات با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: بیشترین میانگین در مهارتهای بالینی و ارتباطی (3/0±2/16) و کمترین میانگین در مهارت بکارگیری فناوری سلامت (7/0±1/12) میباشد. بر اساس آزمون T-Test بین دو جنس، بیشترین توانمندی در دانش آموختگان مرد در حیطه اخلاق و مسئولیتهای قانونی (6/0 ±17) و درفارغ التحصیلان زن در حیطه ارتقای فردی و فراگیری مادام العمر با میانگین 8/0±5/16 است. نتیجه‌گیری: بررسی توانمندی ها در این پژوهش به روش خودارزیابی بوده و بالاترین نمره ای که دانش آموختگان در شش حیطه به خود داده اند با میانگین 2/16 و نمره سایر حیطه ها متوسط یا پایین تر از متوسط بوده است. به نظر میرسد بازنگری اساسی در روشهای آموزشی، منابع و مباحث مرتبط با یاددهی- یادگیری ضروری است. |

Introduction: Considering the significantprofessional role of doctors, Ministry of Health and Medical Education has issued the minimal required capabilities expected from a recently graduated general physician.This study intended to evaluate thecompetencies of medical graduates from Bandar Abbas medical school in 2014. Methods: This cross-sectional study on medical graduates was conducted in 2014 in Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences. Totally,49 people, who filled out a questionnaire containing 59 items, participated in the study. The items were on the six areas of skills that are approved by the medical education council. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by medical education experts and the reliability was approved using Cronbach's alpha equal to 0.8. Results: : The greatest mean grade belonged to clinical and communicational skills and the lowest was related to having the ability of using health technology skills.The t-test results indicated that males were more capable in the area of ethics and legal responsibilities(17±0.6), while females were more competent inpromotion and lifelong learning(16.5±0.8). Conclusion: This was a self-report survey. The highest mean score obtained in thedifferent six areas was 16.2.The other mean grades were even lower in other areas. It seems that a review of educational methods, resources and topics related to teaching-learning is necessary. Citation:Abedini S, Kamalzade H, Javadi R.
