سطح آگاهی پرستاران شاغل در بخش های ارتوپدی در ارتباط با بیماری استئوپروز |

مقدمه: استئوپروز از مشکلات شایع سیستم عضلانی اسکلتی است. آگاهی افراد از علل و عوامل خطر نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از استئوپروز دارد. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف آگاهی پرستاران شاغل در بخش های ارتوپدی در ارتباط با بیماری استئوپروز انجام شده است. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی-توصیفی است.جامعه پژوهش130نفر از پرستاران بخش های ارتوپدی شاغل در بیمارستانهای پورسینای رشت، امام خمینی(ره)، اختر وشریعتی تهران بودند که بصورت سرشماری در طول سال 1390 وارد مطالعه گردیدند. اطلاعات توسط پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مشتمل بر دو بخش اطلاعات فردی-اجتماعی و سطح آگاهی نسبت به بیماری استئوپروز در چهارحیطه: پیشگیری، عوامل خطر، تغذیه و درمان گرد آوری شد.در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار و آزمونهای T-test و ANOVA استفاده شد. نتایج: میانگین نمرات آگاهی81 /2 ± 57/14 از مجموع20نمره بود. و آزمودنی ها از سطح آگاهی متوسطی برخوردار بودند . ارتباط سطح آگاهی در مورد حیطه های مختلف استئوپروز و همچنین نمره کل آگاهی حاصل از حیطه ها با متغیرهای دموگرافیک،سن با سطح آگاهی نسبت به درمان(020/0 P= )و تحصیلات با سطح آگاهی نسبت به پیشگیری(043/0 P= )، فاکتور خطر (031/0 P= )و نمره کل آگاهی(010/0 P= )معنی دار بود. نتیجه گیری : در اکثریت موارد آگاهی پرستاران در مورد استئوپروز کمتر از حد انتظار بود، در حالیکه با توجه به نقش آنان در سلامت افراد جامعه باید ازتوانمندی علمی بالاتری برخوردار باشند لذا افزایش آگاهی پرستاران در مورد بیماری استئوپروز، نیازمند بررسی و برنامه ریزی دقیق تری می باشد . |

Introduction : Osteoporosis is a common problem of musculoskeletal system. Awareness of people about the etiology and risk factors could play an important role in taking care of themselves and others for prevention of osteoporosis. Objective : This study was performed to determine Knowledge level of nurses employed in orthopedic units on osteoporosis disease Materials and Methods : This was a cross-sectional study conducted on 130 orthopedic nurses employed in hospitals of Poursina, Emam Khomeini, Akhtar and Shariati who entered the study by consensus during 2011. Data collection tools included a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of personal and social information and awareness level on Osteoporosis in four domains: prevention, risk factors, nutrition and treatment. Data were analyzed using Frequency, Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test and ANOVA. Results: The average score of awarenesswas14.57±2.81 (out of 20 scores) . Level of awareness was average in participants. In studying the relationship between the awareness level of all mentioned factors of Osteoporosis and also obtained total score of awareness and demographic characteristics (age, gender, work history, education level), a significant relationship was found between age and level of awareness of treatment (P=0.020), education and level of awareness of prevention (P=0.043), risk factor (P=0.031) and total awareness score (P=0.010). Conclusion : In most cases knowledge level of nurses were low. Considering their role in health of society, they should have higher scientific abilities, therefore their knowledge level should be increased regarding osteoporosis and demands exact planning. |
