Background and Aim: Among the various components of disaster management in the health sector in unexpected accidents, health care systems, especially hospitals, play the most and most important role in providing primary care services. Health services in natural and abnormal events (human beings) are the main cause of human survival. Accidents and disasters always have a significant impact on health, public health and welfare of the affected population. Method: In this paper, by collecting data and converting it to information and analysis in spss space, the response of the headquarters of the operation command of Alborz University of Medical Sciences to the Kermanshah earthquake was reviewed. Results: According to the obtained results, 25-27 year olds and 80 years old had the highest number of recipients of services. Based on the results of analysis in spss software, the number of injured and receiving health care was higher than women. 38 37. The madani hospital with acceptance of 54 injured and 72% were at the top of the receiving table of injuries. Based on the analysis of multiple trauma with a higher than 24 percent, then trauma to foot with 9 percent and the next rank of trauma of the lower back And fractures at 6.8 percent had the highest injuries among the injured. Of the total 75 injuries transmitted, 39 percent were 52 percent There have been surgical procedures. One case has been sent to the hospital in Tehran, 9% of the casualties have been given to 7 temporary residents. One limb has been implanted and one case has been re-admitted. 5% And four of the injured have left the hospital. Conclusion: Regarding the services provided, it can be said that the headquarters of the Crisis Operation of the Alborz University of Medical Sciences and the type and percentage of the services provided to the injured in the field of risk management of accidents and disasters in the Kermanshah earthquake have a very good performance. The operations scheduling, triage at the airport, the transfer of injuries, coordination with the hospitals, and the declaration of yellow status to all medical centers and the full use of the power of the medical sciences university, the assignment of beds and the type of capacity building of health centers, communication with Organizations and Centers and Hospital, Alborz University of Medical Sciences, It has been a turning point for the headquarters of the crisis response operations. |
