عنوان فارسی کاربرد مدل حاشیه‌ای در بررسی برخی عوامل موثر بر رشد قد و وزن کودکان کمتر از ۲ سال شهر خرم‌آباد
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: اختلال رشد قد و وزن یکی از مهم‌ترین اختلالات سلامتی کودکان کمتر از 2 سال در کشورهای در حال توسعه است. بی‌توجهی به این اختلال می‌تواند باعث بروز مشکلات جدی هم‌چون افزایش مرگ و نیز انواع معلولیت‌ها در کودکان شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی عوامل موثر بر رشد قد و وزن کودکان کمتر از 2 سال است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه هم-گروهی تاریخی بر روی نمونه‌ای مشتمل بر 2030 کودک زیر 2 سال شهر خرم آباد انجام گرفت که به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای و خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. بر اساس پرونده خانوار، وزن و قد کودک به صورت یک متغیر کمی ثبت گردید و در نهایت با استفاده از یک مدل طولی حاشیه‌ای و با در نظر گرفتن تابع ربط همانی و  نرم افزار R مدل بندی شد. یافته‌ها: بر اساس مدل حاشیه‌ای، اثر متغیرهای سن کودک، جنسیت کودک و سطح تحصیلات مادر بر قد و وزن کودکان و اثر متغیر مرتبه تولد تنها بر قد کودکان کمتر از 2 سال معنی‌دار بود. با این وجود، متغیر وضعیت انحصاری با شیر مادر در شش ماهه نخست تولد ارتباط معنی‌داری با وزن و قد کودکان کمتر از 2 سال نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج، توجه ویژه به پایش رشد فرزندان مادران کم‌سواد، به ویژه کودکان با جنسیت مونث و نیز دارای مرتبه تولد اول، از مهم‌ترین رویکردهای مقابله با اختلال رشد در این جمعیت می‌باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Application of a Marginal Model for Assessing Some Determinants of Height and Weight Growth Among Children Less Than Two Years Old in Khorramabad
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Height and weight growth failure are among the most important health disorders affecting children less than two in the developing countries. Failure to treat this disorder can lead to the development of serious conditions including increased mortality and types of disability. The aim of the present study is to investigate the factors affecting the height and weight growth of children less than two years old. Materials and Methods: This historical cohort study was conducted on a sample of 2030 children less than two in Khorramabad who were selected using stratified and cluster sampling methods. Based on household records, data related to the height and weight were recorded as quantitative variables and finally were modeled using a longitudinal marginal model, identity link functions and the R software. Results: Based on the marginal model, the effect of such variables as child's age, child's gender and mother's educational attainment were significantly related to the child's height and weight. Moreover the child's birth order had significant relationship with only the child's height. However, the variable of exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months was no significantly related to weight and height growth of the children. Conclusion: Given the results, it seems that monitoring the growth of the children of the illiterate mothers, specially the girls and the children with first birth orders are the most important approaches to deal with growth disorders among this population.
