عنوان فارسی ارزیابی نقش ژنوتیپ GC ۱۳۳ - ژن اینترلوکین ۱۸ در افزایش سطح IgE سرمی در بیماران مبتلا به رینیت آلرژیک در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: بیماری رینیت آلرژیک به عنوان یک بیماری التهابی در سیستم تنفسی بروز می‌یابد که شامل یک پاسخ التهابی در ناحیه موکوسی لوله‌های هوایی و با میانجی گری ایمونوگلوبین E می‌باشد. با توجه به نقش اینترلوکین 18 در افزایش ایمونوگلوبین E و عامل موثر در بروز این بیماری، بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی ارتباط بین ژنوتیپ‌های پلی مورفیسم C/G133 - ژن اینترلوکین 18با میزان IgE سرمی در مبتلایان بیماری رینیت آلرژیک می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی با بررسی 130 بیمار مبتلا به رینیت آلرژیک و 62 فرد سالم در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری، سطح کلی IgE سرمی به وسیله روش الایزا اندازه‌گیری شده و سپس ارتباط آن با پلی مورفیسم C/G 133 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای بررسی این ارتباط آنالیزهای آماری تی تست و کای مربع به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 19 انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: میزان کلی IgE سرم در افراد بیمار دارای ژنوتیپ GC در پلی مورفیسم C/G 133 - نسبت به افراد عادی، دارای افزایش معنی‌دار می‌باشد(05/0p<). نتیجه‌گیری: وجود ارتباط معنی‌دار بین ژنوتیپ GC 133 –در پروموتر ژن اینترلوکین 18 و افزایش سطح IgE سرمی تأیید کننده نقش آن در بروز بیماری رینیت آلرژیک می‌باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Determine the Role of 133 CG Genotypes of Interleukin-18 As a Factor in Increased Serum Levels of Immunoglobulin E in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis in Chahar Mahalo Bakhtiari Province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Allergic rhinitis, a chronic inflammatory disease of the respiratory tract, includes an IgE-mediated inflammatory response in the mucosal region of the aerial tubles. Since IL-8 plays a role in increasing the amount of immunoglobulin E and serves as an effective factor in the prevalence of this disease, so this study aims to investing at that whether IL-8 genotypes of 133 C/G polymorphism is associated with the amount of immunoglobulin E in serum in patients with allergic rhinitis. Materials and Methods: In this analytical and descriptive study, by investigating 130 patients with AR and 62 healthy control volunteers in Chahar Mahalo Bakhtiari province, total level of IgE in serum was determined by ELISA method and then its association with 133 C/G polymorphism was investigated. T-test and chi-square statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS software for statistical analyses. Results: the total serum IgE level of the patients with GC genotype of 133 C/G SNP were significantly higher regarding normal individuals (p< 0.05). Conclusion: The sigmificant relationship between 133 C/G genotype in IL-8 P gene promoter and increased serum IgE level confirms tht it plays a role in the prevalence of AR.
