عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطه وزن زمان تولد با پیش آگهی کودکان مبتلا به سندرم نفروتیک ایدیوپاتیک : یک مطالعه چند مرکزی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: سندرم نفروتیک ایدیوپاتیک یکی از بیماری‎های مزمن در کودکان محسوب می‎شود. به همین دلیل شناسایی فاکتورهای مؤثر در سیر و پیش آگهی این بیماران بسیار حائز اهمیت است. از این میان تأثیر وزن پایین تولد، به دلیل کاهش تعداد نفرون مادرزادی و هیپرفیلتراسیون گلومرولی بسیار مورد توجه است. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تأثیر وزن پایین زمان تولد بر سیر و پیش آگهی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم نفروتیک مادر زادی انجام شده است. مواد و روش‎ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی 170 بیمار مبتلا به سندرم نفروتیک ایدیوپاتیک از مراکز کرمانشاه، ارومیه، اهواز، همدان و قزوین با توجه به وزن زمان تولد به دو دسته وزن پایین زمان تولد (کمتر از 2500 گرم) و وزن طبیعی زمان تولد (گرم2500>) تقسیم شدند و سیر بالینی این بیماران با توجه به پرونده های موجود بررسی شد. یافته‎ها: در بررسی این بیماران، 22 بیمار در گروه وزن پایین زمان تولد و 148 بیمار در گروه وزن طبیعی زمان تولد قرار گرفتند، بعد از بررسی‎های آماری، به جز ارتباط وزن پایین زمان تولد با سن تظاهر بیماری(014/0=p)، ارتباط دیگری بین وزن پایین زمان تولد و سیر بالینی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم نفروتیک ایدیوپاتیک یافت نشد. نتیجه‎گیری: بر طبق نتایج این مطالعه، وزن پایین زمان تولد به جز در مورد سن تظاهر بیماری، ارتباطی با سیر و پیش آگهی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم نفروتیک ایدیوپاتیک در مقایسه با گروه وزن طبیعی زمان تولد،‌ ندارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Survey of the Relationship Between Body Birth Weight and Outcome of Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome: A Multicentric Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Idiopathic nephritic syndrome (INS) is one of the chronic illnesses in children. Therefore, clinical and laboratory factors that influence the clinical course of this disease are very important. Among these factors, low birthweight due to reduction of the number of congenital nephrons and subsequent glomerular hyperfiltration has been postulated as an important factor. This study was conducted to evaluate the clinical course of INS in patients with lowbirth weight in comparison to patients with normal birth weight. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-analytic study, 170 children with INS were selected from hospitals in Kermanshah, Urmia, Hamedan, Qazvin, and Ahvaz and divided into two groups of low birth weight (< 2500gr) and normal birth weight (>2500gr). Then, the clinical course of these patients was evaluated by reviewing their medical records. Results: Of the 170 patients, 22 had low birth weight and 148 had normal birthweight. Statistical analysis revealed no correlation between low birth weight and INS course except for age of presentation (P=0.014). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, there is not any correlation between body birth weight and the clinical course of INS except for age of presentation.
