تاثیر ماساژ فشاری و آرامسازی بنسون بر میزان اضطراب در بیماران قبل از عمل پیوند کلیه |

مقدمه: یکی از روشهای درمانی جایگزین کلیّه در بیماران تحت همودیالیز، پیوند کلیّه است و یکی از شایع ترین مشکلات این بیماران، قبل از عمل پیوند، اضطراب است. از جمله روشهای کنترل اضطراب -که در سالهای اخیر پژوهشهای زیادی در باره آنها انجام شده – به کارگیری روشهای طبّ مکمّل است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان تأثیر روشهای آرامسازی عضلانی بنسون و ماساژ فشاری بر اضطراب بیماران، قبل از عمل پیوند کلیّه، انجام شده است. مواد و روشها: این پژوهش یک مطالع ه ک ارآزمایی بالینی یکسو کور بود که طی آن میزان اضطراب 90 بیمار بستری جهت دریافت پیوند کلیّه در سه گروه ماساژ فشاری، آرامسازی بنسون و شاهد قبل و بعد از مداخله بررسی شد. در گروه طبّ فشاری، ماساژ در نقطه چشم سوم طی 10 دقیقه انجام شد و در گروه آرامسازی، نمونهها روش آرامسازی را از طریق هدفون آموزش دیدند و پژوهشگر تمرین عملی آن را انجام داد. در گروه شاهد هیچگونه مداخلهای صورت نگرفت و فقط میزان اضطراب آنان کنترل شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردی و برگ خودگزارشدهی سطح اضطراب (معیار 10-0) بود. یافتهها: مقایسه میانگین سطح اضطراب، قبل از مداخله، در سه گروه تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. در مقایسه میانگین سطح اضطراب قبل و بعد از مداخله در گروه ماساژ و آرامسازی بنسون، در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، کاهش معنیداری دیده شد (0.01 > P) اما تفاوت معنیداری بین دو روش مداخله وجود نداشت. نتیجهگیری: هر دو روش ماساژ فشاری و آرامسازی بر کاهش اضطراب مؤثرند . بنابراین پرستاران میتوانند از هر دو روش برای کاهش اضطراب بیماران، قبل از عمل استفاده کنند. |

The Effects of Acupressure and Benson Relaxation Interventions on Pre- operating Anxiety in Patients Undergoing Kidney Transplantation |

Introduction: Kidney transplantation is one of the renal replacement therapy methods in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Anxiety is one of the most common problems of kidney transplantation patients in pre-operation.On the other hand, one of the most important ways to control anxiety is the use of complementary medicine which takes a lot of attention of researches in recent years. This study aimed to study the effects of acupressure and Benson relaxation interventions on pre- operating anxiety among the patients undergoing kidney transplantation. Methods: This clinical trial was conducted to determine anxiety level before and after intervention among 90 subjects undergoing kidney transplantation in three groups acupressure, Benson relaxation and witness. In acupressure group, massage was performed on third eye point for 10-minutes relaxation group members were used and educated practically from headphone. Whereas in witness group no intervention was performed and only level of anxiety was determined for two times. Data collection tools were including: demographic questionnaires and self-report sheet of anxiety level(0-10). Results : No significant difference was found among the levels of anxiety before intervention in three groups. There was statistically significant reduce in anxiety level before and after intervention in acupressure and Benson relaxation groups contrast witness group(P< 0.01). Conclusion: pre-operation anxiety is one of the nursing diagnosis that both acupressure and relaxation methods are effective for reducing anxiety. Therefore nurses can use them for reducing anxiety of the patients before operation. |
