عنوان فارسی	پیش بینی سرزندگی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان رشته های بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان مبتنی بر ادراک آنان از محیط یادگیری

چکیده فارسی مقاله	مقدمه و هدف: درک فراگیران از محیط یادگیری، نقش حیاتی در فرایند آموزش، سرزندگی و عملکرد تحصیلی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف، بررسی قابلیت تبیین سرزندگی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان رشته های بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان بر اساس درک آنان از محیط یادگیری انجام شده است. روش کار: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان رشته های بهداشت شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی سمنان در سال تحصیلی 98-97 بوده است .حجم نمونه معادل 138 نفر برآورد و افراد با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی سیستماتیک، انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه سنجش محیط آموزشی(DREEM)، پرسشنامه سرزندگی تحصیلی و نمره معدل تحصیلی بوده است. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های رگرسیون های ساده و چندگانه استفاده گردید. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که 1/16 درصد (212/27=F، 408/0=R ، 167/0=2 R، 161/0=R2 تعدیل شده، 001/0>p) واریانس سرزندگی تحصیلی از طریق نمره کلی درک دانشجویان از محیط یادگیری قابل تبیین می باشد. همچنین، بر اساس ضرایب رگرسیونی، خرده مقیاس درک دانشجویان از جو آموزشی، نقش معنی داری در تبیین سرزندگی تحصیلی داشته است. براساس یافته های مطالعه، 3/13درصد (971/21=F، 373/0=R، 139/0=2R، 133/0= 2 Rتعدیل شده، 001/0>p) واریانس عملکرد تحصیلی، از طریق نمره کلی درک دانشجویان از محیط یادگیری قابل تبیین بوده است. همچنین، خرده مقیاس های درک دانشجویان از یادگیری و شرایط اجتماعی آموزش، نقش معنی داری در تبیین عملکرد تحصیلی داشته اند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نقش مثبت درک از محیط یادگیری در تبیین سرزندگی و عملکرد تحصیلی بر اساس یافته های مطالعه، انجام ارزیابی های جامع، تشخیص نقاط قوت و ضعف و انجام مداخلات آموزشی، جهت بهبود درک دانشجویان از محیط یادگیری بسیار مهم می باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی	Predicting the academic buoyancy and academic performance of health students of Semnan University of Medical Sciences based on their perception of the learning environment

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله	Introduction& Purpose: Students' perceptions of the learning environment play a vital role in the process of education, buoyancy and academic performance. This study aimed to investigate the capability of explaining the academic buoyancy and academic performance of health students of Semnan University of Medical Sciences based on their perception of learning environment. Methods: This research was a descriptive -correlational study. The statistical population consisted of all health students who were studying in Semnan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 2018-19. A total number of 138 students were selected through systematic random sampling. Data were gathered using a Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM), academic buoyancy questionnaires and grade point average. Simple and multiple regressions were employed for data analysis. Results: The results showed that 16.1% (R=0.408, R2=0.167, Adjusted R2=0.161, F=27.212, p< 0.01) of the variance of academic buoyancy can be explained by the overall score of students' perception of the learning environment. Also, according to the regression coefficients, the subscale of students' perception of educational climate has a significant role in explaining academic buoyancy. According to the findings of the study, 13.3% (R=0.373, R2=0.139, Adjusted R2=0.133, F=21.971, p< 0.01) of the variance in academic performance could be explained by the overall score of students' perception of the learning environment. Furthermore, the subscales of students' perceptions of learning and social conditions of education have a significant role in explaining academic performance. Conclusion: Given the positive role of perception of the learning environment in explaining academic buoyancy and academic performance based on study findings, it is very important to conduct comprehensive assessments, identify strengths and weaknesses and perform educational interventions to enhance students' perception of the learning environment.
