چالش های اجرایی اعتباربخشی بیمارستانی با رویکردی به کشور ایران: مطالعه مروری انتقادی |

مقدمه و هدف: اعتباربخشی یکی از راه های بهبود کیفیت خدمات بیمارستان بوده و به معنای ارزیابی سیستماتیک مراکز ارائه خدمات سلامت با استانداردهای مشخص است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مروری انتقادی از اجرای استاندرادهای اعتباربخشی در بیمارستان ها انجام گردید. روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری انتقادی است و تمامی مقالات یافته شده که بین سال های1993 تا 2019 انجام شده بودند مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای یافتن منابع این مطالعه مروری از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی,ISC,DOAJ web of science, PubMed, ProQuest Embase, Science Direct, Scopus استفاده شد. کلید واژه های مورد استفاده برای این جستجو شامل اصطلاحات Meshو کلیدواژه های رایج مرتبط با موضوع مورد مطالعه شامل challengesوHospital Management و barriers و Accreditation و Hospital یا Accreditation Hospital بود. در نهایت متن کامل 16مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: موضوعاتی چون مستقل بودن سازمان اعتباربخشی، میزان مشارکت کارکنان و پزشکان، تعداد و ساختار و محتوای استانداردها، مشکلات ساختاری و زمینه ای، اهمیت منابع انسانی، منابع مالی و سرمایه ای، مشکلات سازمانی و مدیریتی، برنامه های دیگر، نقش ارزیابان و شیوه ارزشیابی ارزیابان، نقش ذینفعان، تاثیر اعتباربخشی بر محیط آموزشی بیمارستان و تاثیر اعتباربخشی بر بیماران از جمله چالش های اجرایی اعتباربخشی بیمارستانی بودند. نتیجه گیری: با تاکید بر شاخص های عملکردی و بسترسازی به وسیله آموزش و افزایش آگاهی پرسنل، تخصیص بودجه و برنامه ریزی در جهت اعتباربخشی می توان تاثیرات آن را افزایش داده و تا حدود زیادی به رفع چالش های آن کمک کرد. |

Executive Challenges of Hospital Accreditation with Approach to Iran: A Critical Review Study |

Introduction& Purpose: Accreditation is one way to improve the quality of hospital services and it means systematically evaluating of health service delivery centers to specific standards. This study aimed to critically review the implementation of accreditation standards in hospitals. Methods: This study is a critical review study and all articles that were published between 1993- 2019 were reviewed. The sources of this review study were the databases of ISC, DOAJ, PubMed, ProQuest, Embase, Science Direct, Scopus, Web of Science. Keywords used for this search included Mesh terms and common keywords related to the subject under study including challenges, barriers, Hospital Management, Accreditation, Hospital, or Accreditation Hospital. Finally, the full text of 16 articles was reviewed. Results: Topics such as accreditation organization independence, staff and physician participation, number and structure and content of standards, structural and contextual problems, importance of human resources, financial and capital resources, organizational problems, and Management, other programs, role of evaluators and evaluation methods of evaluators, role of stakeholders, impact of accreditation on hospital teaching environment and impact of accreditation on patients were executive challenges of hospital accreditation. Conclusion: Emphasizing on performance indicators and contextualization by training and raising personnel awareness, budget allocation and accreditation planning can increase its impact and greatly help address its challenges. |
