شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت انرژی پایدار با رویکرد ترکیبی تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره (مورد مطالعه: بیمارستان فارابی شهرستان بستک در استان هرمزگان) |

هدف: توسعه پایدار تلفیق اهداف اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی برای حداکثر سازی رفاه و رضایت انسان بدون به خطر انداختن و آسیب رساندن به توانایی‌های نسل آینده برای برآوردن نیازهایشان می‌باشد، برای هر کشور درحال‌توسعه، به‌منظور دستیابی به اهداف توسعه ای خود و حمایت از اقتصاد در حال گسترش آن، انرژی کلید اصلی می‌باشد. ازآنجایی‌که بیمارستانها و مراکز درمانی یکی از حیاتی ترین سازمان‌های هر جامعه به‌حساب می‌آیند، قابل مدیریت ترین هزینه، هزینه انرژی می‌باشد، بنابراین میتوان در این حوزه مداخله هوشمندانه انجام داد. بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت انرژی پایدار در بیمارستان فارابی می‌باشد. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از بعد ماهیت روش، توصیفی می‌باشد. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های تهیه شده ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری ﭼﻨﺪ ﺷﺎﺧﺼﻪ به‌کاررفته در این ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ (روش آزﻣﺎیش و ارزیابی تصمیم‌گیری و روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ شبکه‌ای) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ 10 نفر از کارشناسان آشنا با مبحث مدیریت انرژی پایدار در بیمارستان فارابی شهرستان بستک ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ ﮔﺮدیﺪه اﺳﺖ. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده توسط نرم‌افزار Super Decisions تحلیل شد. نتایج: نتایج رتبه‌بندی عوامل مدیریت انرژی پایدار نشان میدهد، ابتکارات برای کاهش مصرف انرژی فسیلی، کاهش تولید زباله‌های عفونی و تأکید بر بازیافت مجدد پسماندها و ابتکارات برای ارائه محصولات و خدمات بناشده بر انرژی تجدید پذیر مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت انرژی پایدار در بیمارستان فارابی بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان میدهد که به‌طورکلی معیارهای زیست‌محیطی نسبت به معیارهای اقتصادی و اجتماعی از اهمیت بالاتری در مدیریت انرژی پایدار بیمارستان برخوردارند و بایستی به آن‌ها توجه بیشتری نمود. |

Aim: Sustainable development is the integration of economic, social and environmental goals to maximize human well-being and satisfaction without compromising the ability of the next generation to meet their needs, for any developing country, energy is key to achieving its development goals and supporting its expanding economy. Since hospitals and medical centers are one of the most vital organizations in any society, the most manageable cost is the cost of energy, so smart intervention can be made in this area. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting sustainable energy management in Farabi Hospital. Methods: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of the nature of the method. In order to collect data, questionnaires based on multi-criteria decision-making methods used in this study (test and evaluation decision method and network analysis method) were used, which were conducted by ten experts familiar with the topic Sustainable energy management has been completed in Farabi Hospital in Bastak. The collected data were analyzed by Super Decisions software. Results: The results of the ranking of sustainable energy management factors show that the initiative to reduce fossil energy consumption, reduce the production of infectious waste and emphasize on waste recycling and the initiative to provide renewable energy-based products and services the most important factors affecting sustainable energy management were in Farabi Hospital. Conclusion: The findings of the study show that in general, environmental criteria are more important in sustainable energy management of the hospital than economic and social criteria and should be paid more attention. |
