عنوان فارسی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش و عدم پذیرش واکسیناسیون کووید-۱۹: یک مطالعه مرور نظام مند
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف: شناسایی موانع و نگرانی ها در خصوص پذیرش واکسن کووید-19 امری ضروری است بر همین اساس این مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک با هدف تعیین عوامل موثر بر پذیرش و عدم پذیرش واکسیناسیون کووید-19 انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک منطبق با دستورالعمل پریزما (PRISM) انجام شد. داده های مطالعه در اردیبهشت ماه با 1400با جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی Pubmed، WOS و Scopus بازیابی شدند. معیار ورود مقالات در این مطالعه شامل: 1- کلیه مقالات اصیل منتشر شده در خصوص دلایل پذیرش یا عدم پذیرش واکسن کووید-19، 2- مقالات انگلیسی زبان و معیار خروج مقالات نیز شامل: 1- هم پوشانی برخی مقالات در چند پایگاه اطلاعاتی، 2- غیر اصیل بودن مانند مقالات مروری یا نامه به سردبیرها 3- عدم ارتباط با اهداف مطالعه و 4- عدم دسترسی به متن کامل مقالات بوده است. یافته ها: تعداد 442 مقاله پس از جستجو بدست آمد. پس از حذف موارد تکراری، غربالگری و ارزیابی کیفی مقالات در نهایت تعداد 75 مقاله برای بررسی انتخاب شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که جنسیت در عوامل فردی، اعتماد به دولت ها و بیمارستان ها در عوامل اجتماعی و نگرانی پیرامون عوارض جانبی واکسیناسیون در عوامل مرتبط به واکسن مهمترین نقش را در پذیرش و عدم پذیرش واکسیناسیون ایفا می کند. نتیجه گیری: رفع موانع پذیرش واکسیناسیون براساس عوامل فردی، اجتماعی و واکسن و همچنین اطلاع رسانی در خصوص فواید آن می بایست دراولویت سازمان ها و نهادهای بهداشتی قرار گیرد. بر این اساس، کمپین های آموزش و اطلاع رسانی از نتایج واکسیناسیون در سطح جامعه می بایست ایجاد گردد تا نگرانیهای فردی، اجتماعی و همچنین نگرانیهای مرتبط با واکسن را برطرف نماید. کلمات کلیدی: کووید-19، پذیرش، عدم پدیرش، واکسیناسیون.

عنوان انگلیسی Factors Affecting Acceptance and Non-Acceptance of Covid-19 Vaccination: A Systematic Review Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction and purpose: Identifying barriers and concerns regarding the acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccine is of high importance. Accordingly, this systematic review was conducted to determine the factors affecting the acceptance and non-acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccine. Methods: The systematic review performed in accordance with the principles of PRISMA. the data collected on May 12, 2021, of PubMed, WOS and Scopus have been searched. Word criteria of articles in the study include: 1- All original articles published on the reasons for acceptance or non-acceptance of Covid vaccine-19, 2- English language articles and exclusion criteria also include: 1- Overlap of some of the articles in several databases, 2- The non-original articles such as review articles or letters to editors 3- Lack of communication with the objectives of the study and 4- Lack of access to the full text of the articles. Results: In this study were 442 articles. After removing duplicates, screening and qualitative evaluation of articles, 75 articles were finally selected for review in this study. The results of this study showed that gender in individual factors, trust in governments and hospitals in social factors and concerns about vaccine side effects in vaccine-related factors play the most important role in accepting and rejecting vaccination. Conclusion: Removing barriers to vaccination based on individual, social and vaccine factors as well as informing about its benefits should be a priority for health organizations and institutions. Accordingly, education and information campaigns on vaccination outcomes should be established at the community level to address individual and social concerns as well as vaccine-related concerns.
