Introduction: Assessment the effective factors in non- observance with health guidelines of the National Corona Virus Headquarters helps to make more effective decisions and control of the epidemic. The aim of this study was to determine the effective factors in noncompliance with health guidelines related to COVID-19 in 2020. Methods: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study. The research sample consisted of members of What Sapp virtual network groups. Sampling was online. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability was obtained. Within a month, 366 people viewed the questionnaire but only 128 completed it. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 software. Results: The mean age of the subjects was 35.98±9.45. More than 60 factors were involved in not following the coronavirus health guidelines, the most important of which were in six categories: Managerial factors such as the impact of sanctions and rising prices and hardening of life; Individual factors such as no previous history of COVID-19 and lack of understanding of severity risk of coronavirus; Social factors such as not accompanying other people to follow recommended guidelines; Media factors such as false news, rumors and conflict in individuals; Economic factors such as not having enough facilities for testing, screening and finding suspicious cases, and Cultural factors such as the deprivation of families by following protocols. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that managerial, personal, social, media, economic and cultural variables are effective in people not following the recommendations of the National Corona Virus Headquarters. |
