صلاحیت بالینی و عوامل موثر بر آن در پرستاران ایرانی: مرور سیستماتیک |

زمینه و هدف: صلاحیت بالینی جوهره حرفه پرستاری است که موجب توسعه کیفیت مراقبتهای پرستاری میگردد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی صلاحیت بالینی و عوامل موثر بر آن در پرستاران ایرانی انجام شده است. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر مرور سیستماتیک بوده که در سال 1399 با جستجوی مقالات به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در پایگاههای اطلاعاتیWeb of Science ، Scientific Information Database (SID) ،Scopus, Google Scholar و PubMed بدون محدودیت زمانی انجام شد. برای جستجو از کلیدواژه ای صلاحیت بالینی، شایستگی بالینی، پرستار، ایران در منابع فارسی و nurses, iran وclinical competency در منابع انگلیسی توسط دو پژوهشگر مستقل استفاده شد. مقالات صلاحیت بالینی و حیطههای آن از نوع مقطعی، مورد شاهدی، کوهورت و مداخلهای که برروی پرستاران ایرانی انجامشدهبود، مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند. جهت بررسی کیفیت مقالات از ابزارهای CASP استفاده شد. در نهایت از 184 مقاله یافت شده، 41 مقاله بررسی شدند. یافته ها: در 41 مطالعه بررسی شده سطح صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران بر اساس خود ارزیابی خوب و بالاتر و بر اساس ارزیابی سرپرستاران در سطح متوسط بود. همچنین برخی اطلاعات دموگرافیک، اطلاعات آموزشی، شرایط شغلی، میزان رضایتمندی، ویژگیهای فردی، شرایط سازمانی، عوامل انگیزشی و شرایط روانی با صلاحیت بالینی ارتباط معنادار داشتند. نتیجه گیری: صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران ایرانی در حیطه متوسط و بالاتر از آن قرار دارد. توجه به عوامل موثر از جمله مشخصات دموگرافیک و آموزشی، شرایط شغلی، میزان رضایتمندی، ویژگی های فردی، شرایط سازمانی، عوامل انگیزشی و شرایط روانی می تواند منجر به ارتقا و بهبود صلاحیت بالینی گردد. |

Clinical competence and its effective factors in Iranian nurses: A systematic review |

Background and aim: Clinical competence is the essence of the nursing profession that develops the quality of nursing care. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the clinical competence and the factors affecting it in Iranian nurses. Methods: The present study was a systematic review that was conducted in 2020 by searching for articles in both Persian and English in Web of Science, Scientific Information Database (SID), Scopus, Google Scholar and PubMed databases without time limit. The keywords clinical competency, nurse, Iran in Persian English sources were used by two independent researchers. The articles on clinical competence and its components were cross-sectional, case-control, cohort and intervention study that were performed on Iranian nurses. CASP tools were used to evaluate the quality of articles. Finally, out of 184 articles found, 41 articles were reviewed. Results: In 41 studies, the level of clinical competence of nurses based on self-assessment was good and higher and based on head nurses' assessment was moderate. Also some demographic information, educational information, working conditions, level of satisfaction, personal characteristics, organizational, motivational factors and conditions Psychology were significantly associated with clinical competence. Conclusion: The clinical competence of Iranian nurses is in the average and above range. Paying attention to the factors affecting it such as demographic and educational information, job conditions, satisfaction level, personal characteristics, organizational conditions, motivational factors and psychological conditions can lead to the promotion and improvement of clinical competence. |
