مهارت‌های ارتباطی بین‌فردی در بین دندان‌پزشکان بیرجند در سال ۱۳۹۹ |

مقدمه: مهارت‌های ارتباطی از جمله مهارت‌های اساسی برای زندگی در عصر حاضر است. دندان‌پزشکان به دلیل موقعیت شغلی خود باید مهارت کافی جهت برقراری ارتباط مناسب با همکاران و بیماران داشته باشند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نمره مهارت‌های ارتباطی بین‌فردی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دندان‌پزشکان بیرجند انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی در سال 1399 بر روی 120 دندان‌پزشک عمو‌می‌و متخصص بیرجند انجام گرفت. روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری بود و 99 نفر پرسشنامه استاندارد 31 سوالی ارتباطات مشاوره دندان‌پزشکی را که در پنج حیطه معارفه، تاریخچه، معاینه، خاتمه و بیمار بود را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارSPSS و آزمون‌های تی و آنالیز واریانس تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: 5/44 درصد (44 نفر) از دندان‌پزشکان عمو‌می‌و متخصص مورد بررسی در بازه‌ی سنی 39-30 سال بودند. میانگین نمره مهارت ارتباط بین‌فردی در دندان‌پزشکان عمومی 114/75±22/834 و در دندان‌پزشکان متخصص123/73±19/226 به دست آمد. بین متغییر سن، جنس، رتبه علمی و سابقه کار با نمره مهارت ارتباط بین‌فردی دندان‌پزشکان، ارتباط آماری معناداری مشاهده نشد. ارتباط معنادار آماری بین میانگین نمره مهارت‌های ارتباطی دندان‌پزشکان و گذراندن دوره آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی مشاهده شد (05/0P-Value<). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که مهارت‌های ارتباط بین

Interpersonal Communication Skills and the Related Parameters among Dentists in Birjand, Iran |

Introduction: Communication skills are critical in the present era. Due to their professional position, dentists require competent skills for proper rapport with colleagues and patients. This study intended to determine the interpersonal communication skills and the related factors among dentists in Birjand, Iran. Methods: This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was performed in 2020 on 120 general and specialist dentists who were selected through consensus sampling in Birjand. The standard Dental Consultation Communications Checklist (DCCC), with 31 items was used as the data collection tool, which was filled out by 99 participants. The data were analyzed through t-test and analysis of variance using SPSS software. Results: There were 44 (44.5%) general and specialist dentists with the age range of 30-39 years. The mean score of interpersonal communication skills was 75.114± 834.22 for general dentists and 73.123±226.19 among the specialist dentists. There was no statistically significant relationship between the variables of age, sex, academic rank and work experience with the dentists' score of interpersonal communication skills. The mean score of the participants' communication skills was significantly higher after having passed the communication skills training course (P-Value< 0.05). Conclusion: The results of the study detected that "communication skills" of dentists ranged from medium to high and due to the positive impact of training on communication skills, planning for courses on effective communication skills and holding practical workshops in this field should be prioritized to improve interpersonal communication among dentists. |
