بررسی متغیرهای بیومکانیکی و آنتروپومتریکی بازیکنان فوتبال با توجه به پست بازی |

هدف: فعالیتهای ورزش فوتبال ممکن است به طور مستقیم در ارتباط با پست بازیکنان در زمین باشد. بر همین اساس، فوتبالیستها ویژگیهای فیزیکی مشخص خود را بر پایه خواستهها در پستهای فردی توسعه میدهند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی متغیرهای بیومکانیکی و آنتروپومتری بازیکنان فوتبال با توجه به پست بازی است. روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات مروری است. از موتورهای جستوجوی Google Scholar،PubMed و Science Direct برای جستوجوی مقالات در ارتباط با کلمات کلیدی مورد نظر استفاده شد. همه مقالات از سال 1378 تا 1399 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: با توجه به مقالات مورد بررسی، مشخص شد که متغیرهای بیومکانیکی و آنتروپومتریکی در بازیکنان فوتبال با توجه به پست بازی متفاوت است. نتیجه گیری: به نظر میرسد که متغیرهای بیومکانیکی و آنتروپومتریکی میتوانند تأثیر مستقیم بر عملکرد بازیکنان در هنگام بازی داشته باشد. بر همین اساس، توجه ویژه به این متغیرها در زمینه استعدادیابی و انتخاب بازیکنان فوتبال در پستهای مختلف قابل تأمل است. |

Objective: Football activities may be directly related to the playing position of the players on the field; so, football players develop their specific physical characteristics based on the demands of individual positions. This study aimed to investigate the biomechanical and anthropometric variables of football players according to the playing position. Methods: This review study reviewed Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct search engines for articles related to the keywords from 1996 to 2020. Results: According to the reviewed articles, it was found that biomechanical and anthropometric variables in football players are different according to the playing position. Conclusion: It seems that biomechanical and anthropometric variables can have a direct impact on the performance of players during the game, so special attention to these variables in the field of talent identification and selection of football players in different playing positions should be considered. |
