عنوان فارسی بررسی نظرات کارشناسان و مدیران سازمان آب منطقه ای و شرکت آب و فاضلاب در استان آذربایجان شرقی در ارتباط با اثرات شیوع کرونا بر منابع و تاسیسات آبی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف: آب عنصری کلیدی جهت بهداشت بهنگام شیوع کرونا است. هدف مطالعه حاضر نظر سنجی در خصوص تاثیر احتمالی شیوع کووید 19 بر روی منابع و تاسیسات آب و فاضلاب بود.   روش کار: طی یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی با استفاده از چک لیست رتبه ای- تشریحی، ازکارشناسان و مدیران شرکتهای آب منطقه ای و آب و فاضلاب استان آذربایجان شرقی نظرسنجی به عمل آمد. آزمون کای اسکوئر تک نمونه­ای و دو نمونه ای و آزمون ناپارامتری من-ویتنی برای تحلیل آماری استفاده شد. یافته ها: 70.9 % شرکت کنندگان اعتقاد داشتند شیوع کرونا توانسته منابع و تاسیسات آبی را از نظر مصرف و تامین آب تحت تاثیر قرار دهد و ضمن افزایش مصرف (93.2 %) و ایجاد چالش در تامین (83 %)، اثرات مخربی بر دیگر مصارف از جمله کشاورزی (22.7 %) گذاشته است. 92.3 % معتقد بودند برای مدیریت مصرف آب در زمان کرونا و اصلاح الگوی مصرف اقداماتی لازم است. نیاز به آمادگی بیشتر (79.6 %)،   بودجه بیشتر (86.8 %) و آموزش بیشتر (96.8 % ) نیز توصیه شد.  پایش منظم آب توسط 70.9 % شرکت کنندگان مورد تاکید بود. صرفا 50.4 %  اعتقاد داشتند که تصفیه خانه های آب استان، قادر به کنترل ویروس کرونا هستند. نتیجه گیری: عملکرد مدیران و کارشناسان در مورد منابع و تاسیسات آب به هنگام کرونا تابعی از باورهای آنها در خصوص تاثیر شیوع کرونا است. نیمی از شرکت کنندگان اعتقادی بر کارآمد بودن تصفیه آب  بر غیر فعال سازی ویروس کرونا نداشتند. آموزشهای تخصصی برای دانش افزایی توصیه می شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Checking the opinions of experts and managers of the Regional Water Organization and the Water and Wastewater Company in East Azerbaijan province concerning the effects of the coronavirus on water resources and facilities.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction and purpose: Water is a key element in hygiene during COVID-19. The present study aimed to survey the opinions regarding the possible impact of Covid-19 on water and wastewater sources and facilities. Methods: During a cross-sectional descriptive study using a checklist (ranking-descriptive), experts and managers of the Regional Water Organization and the Water and Wastewater Company were surveyed. One-sample and two-sample chi-square tests and the non-parametric Mann-Whitney test were used for statistical analysis. Results: 70.9% of participants believed that the outbreak of COVID-19 has been able to affect the water resources and facilities in terms of consumption and supply while increasing the consumption (93.2%) and creating a significant challenge in supply (83%) has had destructive effects on other uses, especially agriculture (22.7%). 92.3% believed that it is necessary to manage urban water consumption during the Corona outbreak and modify the consumption pattern. Need for more preparation (79.6%), more funding (86.8%), and more training (96.8%) was recommended. Regular monitoring of water was emphasized by 70.9% of the participants. It is noteworthy that only 50.4% of the respondents believed that the treatment done on the water in the water treatment plants can control the coronavirus. Conclusion: The performance of managers and experts regarding water sources and facilities during the COVID-19 outbreak is a function of their beliefs regarding the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak. Half of the participants did not believe in the effectiveness of the existing water treatment in deactivating the coronavirus. Specialized training to increase knowledge is recommended.
