عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطه جهت گیری هدف با وضعیت تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان در سال ۱۴۰۱
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف: جهت‌گیری هدف یکی از متغیرهای مهم در کیفیت فرآیند یادگیری و پیشرفت تحصیلی افراد است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه­ی بین جهت‌گیری هدف و پیشرفت تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه­ی حاضر، مطالعه­ای توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی و مقطعی بود که در سال 1401 انجام گرفت. روش نمونه گیری به صورت طبقه­ای و خوشه­ای بود. نمونه­ی مورد مطالعه 259 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان بودند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه هدف گرایی تحصیلی بوفارد و همکاران(1998) و معدل دانشجو در ترم گذشته معیار وضعیت تحصیلی بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای 26  SPSS و24  AMOSتحلیل شدند. یافته ­ها: میانگین سنی دانشجویان (2/4 ±) 24/3 سال و معدل ترم گذشته­ی آن‌ها (25/1 ±) 16/57 بود. میانگین نمره­ی مولفه ­ی پرهیز از شکست (4/11 ±) 20/32، عملکرد (5/58 ±) 14/08 و هدف-تسلط (3/82 ±) 9/43 بود. ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که اگرچه رابطه­ی مثبتی بین مولفه‌های هدف‌گرایی با پیشرفت تحصیلی وجود دارد، اما معنادار نبود. ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که ترم تحصیلی رابطه­ی مثبت و معنادار با مولفه‌های جهت‌گیری عملکردی و جهت‌گیری تسلط دارد، اما رابطه­ی منفی آن با پرهیز از شکست معنادار نبود. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس این مطالعه رابطه‌ی معناداری بین سه مولفه‌ی جهت‌گیری هدف با پیشرفت تحصیلی یافت نشد. می‌توان پیشنهاد کرد که برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی شرایط آموزشی را به نحوی فراهم و ارتقا دهند که دانشجویان به سمت اهداف تسلطی و عملکردی حرکت کنند و از جهت‌گیری اجتنابی دور شوند.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the relationship between goal orientation and academic status in students of Abadan University of Medical Sciences in 2022-2023
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction& Purpose: Goal orientation is one of the important variables in the quality of the learning process and academic progress of people. Therefore, this study was designed and implemented to investigate the relationship between goal orientation and academic achievement in students of Abadan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: The present study is a descriptive-analytical correlational study that was conducted cross-sectionally in 2022-2023. The sampling method was stratified and clustered. The study sample was 259 students of Abadan University of Medical Sciences. The data collection tool was the academic goal orientation questionnaire of Buffard et al (1998) and the grade-point average of the student in the last semester as the measure of the academic status. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26 and AMOS 24 software's. Results: The average age of the students was 24.3 (±2.4) years and their average last semester grade-point was 16.57 (±1.25). The average score of failure avoidance component was 20.32 (± 4.11), performance 14.08 (± 5.58) and goal-mastery 9.43 (± 3.82). The correlation coefficient showed that although there is a positive relationship between goal orientation components and academic achievement, it is not significant. The correlation coefficient showed that the academic semester has a positive and significant relationship with the components of performance orientation and mastery orientation, but its negative relationship with failure avoidance. Conclusion: According to this study, no significant relationship was found between the three components of goal orientation with academic achievement. It can be suggested that educational planners provide and improve educational conditions in such a way that students move towards mastery and performance goals and move away from avoidance orientation.
