بررسی اثربخشی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد افراد در رابطه با پذیرش واکسیناسیون کووید-۱۹: یک مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک |

مقدمه و هدف : پاندمی کرونا ویروس (کووید-19) یکی از چالش های بزرگ در سیستم های بهداشتی دنیا به به شمار می آید. دانش ، نگرش ، عملکرد و پذیرش نسبت به واکسن کووید-19 از فاکتور های مهم در ترغیب افراد جامعه به تزریق واکسن میباشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد افراد در رابطه با پذیرش واکسیناسیون کووید-19 انجام گرفت. روش کار: این مطالعه یک مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک میباشد که بر اساس مقالات چاپ شده از سال 2019-2022 که به بررسی دانش ، نگرش ، عملکرد و پذیرش افراد جامعه در ارتباط با واکسن کووید-19 پرداخته اند انجام گرفت. در مجموع 14 پایگاه اطلاعاتی و 56 مقاله مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفت. پایگاه های اطلاعاتی شامل Web of Science, Cochrane Library, PubMed, CINAHL, Google Scholar, Ovid, Science Direct, WILEY, Scopus, Pro-Quest, Medline, Elsevier, Magiran, and SID بودند. یافته ها : بعد از آنالیز مقالات ، چکیده و متون اصلی ، 13 مقاله که همگی مطالعات توصیفی- مقطعی بودند، برای انجام آنالیز نهایی انتخاب شدند . 61.5% (8 مطالعه ) از مطالعات سطح بالاو قابل قبول دانش ، 30.7%(4 مطالعه) از مطالعات سطح بالای نگرش ، 15.3%(2 مطالعه) سطح متوسط عملکرد و در نهایت 23% (3 مطالعه) از مطالعات سطح بالای پذیرش نسبت به واکسن کووید-19 را نشان داد. نتیجه گیری : میزان دانش افراد نسبت به واکسن کووید-19 در سطح بالایی قرار دارد. اما میزان نگرش ، عملکرد و در نهایت پذیرش و تمایل افراد نسبت به تزریق واکسن کووید-19 در سطحی ضعیفی قرار دارد. از این رو سیاست گذران نظام سلامت برای افزایش و ترغیب افراد نسبت به تزریق همگانی واکسن کووید-19 میبایست اقداماتی را با توجه به بستر فرهنگی هر جامعه بکارگیرند. |

Introduction& Purpose: The corona virus pandemic (Covid-19) is still one of the biggest challenges in the health systems of the world. Knowledge, attitude, performance and acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccine are important factors in encouraging people in the community to inject the vaccine. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of people's knowledge, attitude, and performance in relation to the acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccination. Methods: This study is a systematic review based on articles published in 2019-2022 that examined the knowledge, attitude, performance and acceptance of people in the community related to the Covid-19 vaccine. A total of 14 databases and 56 articles were evaluated. Databases included Web of Science, Cochrane Library, PubMed, CINAHL, Google Scholar, Ovid, Science Direct, WILEY, Scopus, Pro-Quest, Medline, Elsevier, Magiran, and SID. Results: After analyzing the articles, abstracts and main texts, 13 articles, all of which were descriptive-cross-sectional studies, were selected for the final analysis. 61.5% (8 studies) of high level and acceptable studies of knowledge, 30.7% (4 studies) of high-level studies of attitude, 15.3% (2 studies) of average level of performance and finally 23% (3 studies) of high-level studies of acceptance ratio It showed the covid-19 vaccine. Conclusion: People's level of knowledge about the Covid-19 vaccine is at a high level. But the level of attitude, performance and finally acceptance and willingness of people towards the injection of the Covid-19 vaccine is at a weak level. Therefore, the health system's policy to increase and encourage people to inject the vaccine against Covid-19 should take measures according to the cultural background of each society. |
